Well, at least we didn't have to see him on TV today with a press briefing (unless I missed it).
Reported to be at 5 pm today.

I just heard.

I guess they had to get back from church. :P

The hard working men and women of @UPS are working overtime to maintain our supply chain and deliver medical supplies to those in need. Your work is critical to the health of our nation, keep it up!
Is he praising the private sector or was he intending to encourage the federal workers of USPS :?:
I deleted my post questioning that but then I realized I don't know if USPS is delivering medical supplies or not. I would guess they are. I do know our mail person has shown up every day on time and delivered and picked up. I happen to love USPS and am sick of his messing with them.

My husband is going to work every day as scheduled so as to make sure the mail gets delivered (he maintains and repairs the sorting and cancelling machines).

My carrier has been here with no interruption in service--yet.

I read it as praise for UPS, ahead of a call to privatize the postal service and quiet calls from the GOP for a little contribution. For the cause.

Aren't there more important things to worry about?

I am a great friend and admirer of the Queen & the United Kingdom. It was reported that Harry and Meghan, who left the Kingdom, would reside permanently in Canada. Now they have left Canada for the U.S. however, the U.S. will not pay for their security protection. They must pay!

A Distraction. Honestly, I don't think of Harry and Megan or other tabloid celebs during a global pandemic. But maybe that's just me. They are not paupers. They can hire private security.

IIRC they lost the body guards after parting with the royals and are looking for themselves as needed. I could be wrong, but now that they area out of the royal limelight the need for bodyguards are little, likely only for special events.

Why would they come to the US? Canada is handling this much better than we are.

If he wants to talk about paying for security, I'm sure the mayors of the cities he's held rallies in would like to chime in. He still owes El Paso over $600,000

Britain's Sun newspaper reported this week that Harry and Meghan have moved to Los Angeles, where they plan to make a permanent home.

They had been living for several months with their son Archie on Vancouver Island in Canada.

With interest rates for the United States being at ZERO, this is the time to do our decades long awaited Infrastructure Bill. It should be VERY BIG & BOLD, Two Trillion Dollars, and be focused solely on jobs and rebuilding the once great infrastructure of our Country! Phase 4

Great news! American families will now be able to buy safer, more affordable, and environmentally friendly cars with our new SAFE VEHICLES RULE. Get rid of those old, unsafe clunkers. Build better and safer American cars and create American jobs. Buy American!

My proposal to the politically correct Automobile Companies would lower the average price of a car to consumers by more than $3500, while at the same time making the cars substantially safer. Engines would run smoother. Positive impact on the environment! Foolish executives!
