My understanding of a Brady Disclosure is the need to provide defense with an possibly useful evidence for defense.
Am I wrong?
If not, wouldn't that only be appropriate after indictment?
I think that was the point.

Gotcha.... my sarcasm meter has been on the blitz... And, since to me, the entire point of this charade was to get, "What do you know and how do you know it?" Before any Trump meeting, I was wondering if there wasn't a more subtle "wheels within wheels" Bene Geserit method to the madness that I missed.
Thx

Yankee fans gave Rudy Giuliani the Giancarlo Stanton treatment.

The former New York City mayor was at The Stadium to celebrate his 74th birthday on Memorial Day, with the PA announcer sharing the news with the crowd and wishing him a happy birthday.

The fans, however, greeted him with hearty boos.

I'm thinking positive thoughts about Yankees fans. :swoon:

I've decided to drop this here because of Giuliani's recent remarks that Stormy Daniels has no credibility because of her career as a sex worker.

Brzezinski says Trump complains he can't watch porn in White House

Yeah, it's gossip, but we know Trump watched Paris Hilton's sex tape with Melania. He admitted it, and this is a woman Trump knew as a child, the daughter of a friend.

We also know about Melania's past...modeling jobs. So Ima say it's probable.

Does Giuliani weigh women on a sliding scale? Stormy Daniels is at the bottom of the scale because she's been a sex worker? Where is Melania since she has posed nude in a national magazine? That man has lost his marbles!

Rudy Giuliani is the last man in the world who should be talking about respect towards women. That's pretty much like a nazi preaching religious tolerance.

NEW: Several months ago, Donald Trump ordered the promotion of Rudy Giuliani’s son. But instead of getting promoted, he has lost his West Wing pass.

According to a source familiar, Kelly took away Andrew's blue visitor's pass about two weeks ago, revoking his West Wing access. He now only has a green pass, which means he can’t enter the West Wing without an escort.

And if he doesn’t, the Republican star of “Cathouse”, the reality show about the three brothels he owns who won the R primary for the Nevada lege, knows several.

Call him a pimp. A brothel owner. A businessman.
Now call him the Republican nominee for a Nevada State Assembly seat.
It was Dennis Hof’s second shot at the seat held by Republican James Oscarson. The last time he tried, he ran as a Libertarian. But when Donald Trump was elected president in 2016, Hof saw an opportunity.
He won handily Tuesday night, defeating Oscarson and getting a concession from the incumbent via text message at 11:21 p.m.

Well I think we should get Rudy G's opinion on this guy. I mean, as Rudy is the foremost authority on what careers/businesses/jobs are respect worthy, I think we need Rudy's guidance here. Of course, I am sure that as he is a republican, Rudy will obviously judge him as more worthy than his democratic opponent, even if he has three Medals of Honor, won the noble prise, cares for foster children, etc., etc. He is a democrat and therefore not worthy regardless of his accomplishments or his character. Amirite?

Rudy would probably say that only godless librul democrats go to a brothel, and that Hof isn't a pimp, but rather an authorized collector of the morality tax.

Godfearing Republicans use lawyers to pay for sex.

Gee, I thought you all would know the rules!

Women who work in the sex industry are low life scum and not worthy of respect or any protection of the law. Men who patronize sex workers are consumers pursuing the freedom and liberty that our capitalist society bestows upon them.

Rudy Giuliani Says Mueller Should Be ‘Suspended’ Tomorrow
https://www.mediaite.com/tv/giuliani-cl ... -tomorrow/
“Rosenstein and Jeff Sessions have a chance to redeem themselves, and that chance comes about tomorrow.”

President Donald Trump‘s personal lawyer and frequent media guest Rudy Giuliani appeared on Sean Hannity‘s show Thursday night to talk about the Department of Justice’s newly released Inspector General report.

He was also asked about Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and the Russian probe.

“Rod Rosenstein, we now know in meetings, has threatened to subpoena emails, intimidate, harassing congressman and their staffs who have been tasked constitutionally with the duty of oversight. You know about these threats he is the guy that signed the last FISA warrant knowing that the bulk of information phony Clinton paid for dossier and he is the guy who recommended firing Comey. Is he conflicted…Intimidating and threatening to use the power of the Justice Department against congressman and their staffs, what do you call that? To me it sounds like obstruction,” Hannity opined, cuing Giuliani to bash Rosenstein and Mueller.

Giuliani obliged, noting that in the wake of the report which in his view proves political bias, the DOJ has an opportunity to redeem themselves.https://www.mediaite.com/tv/giuliani-cl ... -tomorrow/

He also told Hannity that Peter Strozk "should be in jail by the end of next week."

Who says you have to commit a crime to go to jail? Like Lewis Carroll's Queen of Hearts said: "Sentence first - verdict afterwards."
