Some of my favorite cases are obscure Montana mining cases, esp. those dealing with extralateral rights in the Butte area. :-D

For want of a mere $46* poor Terry will spend another weekend in jail. :rotflmao:

* Is that a typo? I thought the federal filing fee was $460?

So who signed this masterpiece? I see Juachim de Foust's signature on some of the last pages, but that's from his stunningly successful "inditement" from 2015.

Did they leave the sig lines of the main complaint blank, or was one of these geniuses dumb enough to sign him or herself as a fake judge?

The court is treating this as a "Miscellaneous" filing, not a civil action.

Yeah, I wondered about that too. These clowns can't even scrape up 46 clams? :smoking:

House is a former deputy. He is/was a member of the Punta Gorda Tea Party. It doesn't seem to be very active. He knows Jason Hoyt.

11/5/2015:
Robert House gave his time to Jason Hoyt last month. He moved to Charlotte County in 1989 spent 7 ½ years as deputy on for the Sheriff's office and ran for Sheriff in 1996. He has changed his mind about the State Recall process because he thinks it would be expensive and a waste of time to try to change it. He covered several other issues of interest to the members. You can read this for yourself in Statute 100.261 which is five pages long and is mostly B.S. He covered several other items of interest: 704.01 for Property Easements outside City; asking each elected official for Article 6 Oath of Office and name and address of their Bond. He referred us to a website that I can't bring up, so will contact him to see why.

The bulk of this criminal complaint miscellaneous filing is badly photocopied junk they've already tried to magically get Trussell off with. Yes guys, filing De Moreta-Folch's Statewide Common Law Grand Jury crap and a bunch of daffydavits about Trussell's failure to appear will work THIS TIME!

OK, so is there a difference between a "Lawful Warrant" and a "Good and Lawful Warrant"?

There is a rare indeed picture of the person, along with his agent and corporation, back before the gubmints hypothecated them!

Any sane person who reads all the "affidavits" would conclude that Trussell was being an idiot and that the judge was overly patient before he slapped TT down.

He absolutely needs to file an amended complaint, this doesn't have the fabulous recent letters of support, it's the old failure to appear stuff in crayon. The new letters are much more professional.

It was very nice that he'll allow the judge to write his own letter --

Joaquin sure copied everybody on this 2015 email, hope they all read it carefully. I'm sure emailing info@pambiondi.com went right to the top of her mail. Forgot about his dixieloyal@yahoo.com email address (hope stuff doesn't get lost in his Yahoo like you-know-who).

Look at the subject of the email above. How can these idiots keep trying to simulate legal process? They are firmly committed to our entertainment, that's why! And to provide Jack Ryan with opportunities to serve

This guy's just about 30 miles up the road from me. Wonder if he'll have any local support rallys.

I do love the fact that they complain that Trussell's jury was "stacked." But no, the People's Grand Jury in Common Law that was "We, the People."

Oh come on. They didn't exclude anyone who agreed with them. How is that not open and fair?
