Needless to say, Terry Trussell was a lying sack of shit who was disbelieved by the jury. So pretty much nothing he said had any credibility. And his pathetic walk to his seat almost certainly had an opposite affect on anyone watching it. Other than Jason Hoyt, who has his own agenda.

It was the Schrödinger Statutory Grand Jury

Hey, this framing has real potential. Consider also too a related thought experiment known as Schrödinger's Social Life.vic wrote:It was the Schrödinger Statutory Grand Jury
Ya see, TT described his life as being very full and busy (until they tossed him in the slammer, that is) because he was constantly doing things for the community, helping people in need, grooming kittehs and puppies (OK, I made that one up), working with church groups, attending various board meetings and so forth.
Ah, but when the subject shifted to Marie's indispensable support in coping with all their health concerns, TT's life took on the characteristics of a perpetual patient -- almost a shut-in. One day it's the doctor, the next day the dentist, then the chiropractor, blah, blah, blah. If it wasn't for all our medical appointments, TT testified, we wouldn't have any social life at all.
I'm not sure how well he will be received by his new community. On one hand, he tried to have the prosecutor arrested. That may play well, especially if there are others who have gone up against him. On the other hand, he tried to have the prosecutor arrested, and it may make them want to see just how stupid he is.

He's been calling for others to file nonsense in Oregon, and he has claimed he has filed nonsense there in Federal court. Whether the latter is true we can't tell. Vidurek is an inveterate liar and grifter.Techno Luddite wrote:Really?Turtle wrote:Vidurek has learned not to sign his name legibly, and to disavow any fake jury activity in states that have simulation laws.
He has always hidden his name and faked a signature on the silly pseudolegal documents he prepares and so proudly displays on his website.
If Johnny Two Names is claiming it, then it is of doubtful provenance. Kinda like Dowdel and Hoyt making claims they can't or won't back up. Conmen, fantacists and liars all.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
Oh I don't know. I might believe Vidurek if he were to sign an affidavit that the illegible squiggly signature is his.
