OR, they could reverse and order a new trial and the state could go for all the charges.

The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

so, did the verdict get overturned or does the pos serve his sentence?
I checked th docket yesterday. Nothing new. It’s been only a little over a month since oral argument (3/6).

If it had been decided I’m sure there would be a “news” From his “supporters.”

Not for the charges on which Trussell was acquitted.

Over a month? But but this is the most important case ever! They must be agonizing, thinking about Terry night and day. This is Inger Garcia's chance to become Hero of the Sovcits! :P

The funny thing is, there are legitimate legal arguments that can be made here. They are unlikely to succeed (but it's not impossible). But if they do, it will be because of conventional legal analysis and NOT any of the sovcit crap that Ingie and Terry and their hangers-on in cyber-space are likely to credit.

I wasn't thinking of the acquitted charges, just wasn't being clear. Weren't there some they didn't actually pursue? Also could they go for a harsher sentence?
I don't think TT can afford a new trial, I'm pretty sure he is tapped out now. I'd suspect there ain't no more blood in that particular stone.
