My mistake, I didn't check that out. Most of the wingnuts in Montana run as republicans and Libertarians stand not much chance and sometimes split the republican vote, a little, but never enough. I just assumed he would figure his only chance was as a republican. Seems to me he is not serious.

Well, it looks like he had a little surge and eked out a win over Kenny in the end. So at least he doesn't have to suffer the indignity of a loss to Medenbach  (Of course, for all we know, he may be even more crazy...)

With Poot runs, it is hard to tell if they lack seriousness or lack a clue. I lean to assuming the latter.

They seriously lack a clue imo.

Judges for the prosecution's appeal of the Bundy dismissal have been assigned. I googled who appointed them for whatever that is worth (I'm sure the poots will do the same).
W. Fletcher - Clinton
Bybee - GWB
Watford - Obama

Thanks.

Fletcher* is a FOB (Friend of the Big Dog). Wonkish and civil-case minded. Likely to be concerned with the standard of review.
Bybee is Torture-Memo Bybee. But also from Las Vegas; his chambers are in the same building where the district court proceedings were held.
Watford was on Obama's SCOTUS shortlist.

Not the best draw for Bundy, but certainly not the worst.

* Fletcher was "W. Fletcher" because his mom (B. Fletcher) also was on the court; their services overlapped somewhat. B. Fletcher died in 2012.

No one who's gone to "services" (political rallies) at Bundy's moldy warehouse has gotten COVID-19?

The Judges in the appeal have been changed - IDK why.
2020-05-27 9:30 am Courtroom 3, 3rd Floor Rm 307, James R. Browning U.S. Courthouse, San Francisco
Before: W. FLETCHER, and LEE, Circuit Judges, and SETTLE (Washington Western), District Judge
Fletcher still there.
Lee appointed by "stable genius".
Settle appointed by GWB.

Those were the judges for today's arguments.

Per the 9th's docket, Bundy, etc., is to be heard on Friday. (With Fletcher, Bybee, and Watford.)

The court cited Klayman's least favorite case, Twombly; the court cited Iqbal as well.

Klayman hates these cases because now federal lawsuits (to move onto discovery) must allege plausible facts, and courts repeatedly have ruled that Klayman's fever dreams aren't plausible.

The court noted Ryan's appeal (D.C. Cir. No. 19-5183).
"For completeness," Ryan's appeal was submitted without argument on April 20. (panel of Tatel [Clinton nominee], Rao, Silberman [Reagan nominee])

Ammo needs to shut his mouth. Comparing George Floyd and Bob Finicum is disgusting.

I said earlier this is the reaction he wanted, and all he got was a tiny collection of misfits.

As per Ammhole, what’s happening to ‘the blacks’ is exactly what’s happening to ‘the ranchers’.

Good luck with that one, Ammhole!

Remember when Ammon "Not a Rancher" Bundy kicked a police dog, was shot multiple times, then had a knee to the neck while he bled out except he was being suffocated? I remember that. Don't you?

BJ and KK are disillusioned that they can’t hijack the BLM movement and convince people that the Bundy cult’s beloved crooks, theives and con artists are just like George Floyd.

Boo f***ing hoo.

Poots were always bemoaning the low turnout at their protests, just couldn’t figure out why nobody outside their puny inner circle showed up. It never occurred to them that their “cause” was garbage.

Isn’t Bj always trying to interject himself where no one asked out of his inflated sense of importance?
