The Reuters story includes this delightful little detail:
In Wednesday's statement, Moore said his complaint also contained an affidavit from him that he successfully passed a polygraph examination that cleared him of sexual misconduct.

Jesus H. Christ, this guy was a judge? THAT IS NOT HOW ANY OF THOSE THINGS WORK. And he's using sovereign citizen tactics now? Will he later claim victory because his affidavit was unrebutted? Wow. This guy's really showing the world what a POS he is.

This Moore challenge lawsuit is just made for us.

His “expert” is Richard Charnin, a guy who “mathematically proved” a JFK assination conspiracy.

And Moore “proves” he doesn’t remember those girls.
Needs a red fingerprint & notary seal.

Richard Charnin has a blog with details of his garbage analysis.

Oh, God, this guy. The Nate Silver of stupids.

1. Make a bunch of wrong assumptions.
2. Calculate the probability of all those wrong assumptions being right, ignoring any possible overlap.
3. Declare that a real, observed event could not possibly have happened.
4. Profit!

He and Lord Whackjob in England should get together, just think of the garbage mathematics they could come up with.

Moore should hire Mark Small and Orly Taitz. Together they should get the lawsuit dismissed in style. The claims made in it are preposterous. But when did that ever stop Roy Moore. Just reading it made it clear to me that when Moore was on the Alabama Supreme Court all of his opinions were written for him by his law clerks. He and the lawyers he has chosen to represent him are illiterate from a legal perspective.

How does Richard Charnin qualify as an expert? He is a blogger and a conspiracy nut.

Sooooo Mr. Roy Moore, esq., if an election can be overturned because lies were told, where does your hero, the OSG, stand?

Doesn’t take much to be an expert in right winglandia.

Notice the lawyer who's representing Moore? It's the disciplined lawyer who wrote that beclowning cease and desist letter.

Only the best for Moore.

 Trenton is an outrageous tool, imagine he's grifting for Roy's foundation again.

I like it Stern, Roy should engage Small Taitz.

The "expert" is also a Seth Rich conspiracist. Why isn't he working with Zullo and Gallups on The Big Kahuna? :blackeye:

Roy's spokesfreak Janet Porter was caffeinated beyond belief with Dana Bash on CNN just now, it was hilarious. She gave the SoS's number on the air like four times.

John Merrill, the AL SoS, is rebutting Janet in the CNN 1pm hour. He's not buying it. Results will be certified at 2pm Eastern.

The SoS of Alabama just gave a list of some of the ridiculous fraud reports that have been investigated and debunked. Vans full of Mexicans, buses of African Americans, and a completely made-up town that supposedly had more than twice as many votes as residents. :rolleye: Apparently there are lots of folks in Alabama that are having a hard time accepting the results.

In the event that Roy's complaint gets a full hearing, I suspect that Trenton "Bless His Easy-Peasy-Lemon-Squeezy Heart" Garmon may be asked to explain how a state law that refers to state elections was violated. And maybe even why it's relevant to the complaint. And possibly whether he actually read it for comprehension.

Maybe Orly is the "Jew Lawyer" that Kayla Moore referred to (when explaining how the Moores aren't bigots).

They must have a lot of lawyers in AL. According to Walmart, crayons are the number 1 selling item in the state.

Shockingly, citing only a totally inapplicable statute results in a lack of jurisdiction. Who knew?

Expect a similar demand for an injunction to prevent VP Pence from swearing in Doug Jones.
