He isn't a birther, just a grifter.

He never says "adopted in Indonesia" or "born on US soil to two US citizens". He never mentions Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X. He doesn't know who Mia Marie Pope or Miki Booth or Phil Berg are.

He never says Obama was not born in the US. He never says the word 'ineligible'. He never says who he thinks forged the LFBC. If he wasn't Shurf Joe, they would have run him off Birtherreport.com in a Noo York Minnit.

He's the lamest birfer who ever birfed, but the other birfers love him. :smoking:

Come down to ... where? Zullo's car lot?

But Foogy is correct: this is just the Joe Show rerun: birfering for bucks (all those lawyers are expensive).

Is Zullo's car lot still in operation? I think they're keeping the evidence in a locker at the downtown bus station. It's starting to stink up the joint, prolly. :-

Globalist Martha McSally, who is a Jeff Flake in a skirt, is leading in AZ primary because Arpaio is taking voters from Trump’s nationalist candidate, Former State Senator, Dr. Kelli Ward. 85 y.o. Arpaio should withdraw and let Kelli ward run

Uh, no.

Don't waive your phalanges at me! My buddy Biff Guiznot called it to The Hill's attention this morning, soon after my post here. Obviously The Hill made the correction based on Biff's timely post.

Hmmmpf!

I can't help feeling that the Shurf running for the Senate from AZ could be a two or three edged sword, none of them really good for the GOP. Of course he has to get on the ballot first and that may be problematic.

Convicted criminal Joe Arpaio is on with Ari Melber on MSNBC right now. "It was only a misdemeanor." "I'm not going to get into it, but the prosecution was politically motivated." "My acceptance of the pardon is not an admission of guilt." For a lawyer, Ari isn't doing a very good job.

Being interviewed by Ari Melber tonight, Arpaio says DOJ gave his jail a clean bill of health. A lie.

Yeah. Disappointing. I tweeted Melber the DOJ 2011 letter. Let's see if his producers are sharp.

Melber should have limited the discussion to the contempt conviction and underlying case. Bringing up the jail when he did allowed Arpaio to propagandize (and, of course, lie).
Edit: Man, I didn't even prepare for the interview, I was making dinner (baked shrimp with feta). I've learned enough from reading on TFB to have destroyed the lying old racist. Then again, I don't think Melber practiced law very much.

Accepting a pardon tends to concede that one did not expect to win (or at least did not expect good odds of winning) an appeal, but I do not think it actually equals an admission of guilt. There are a few situations where accepting a pardon - rather than winning on appeal - is treated as still being convicted, one reason why a pardon might be refused.

In any case, Arpaio is eligible to run for the Senate despite the (pardoned) contempt citation, but it may yet happen that either federal (unlikely) or state (more likely) prosecutors will continue to try to nail him for actual crimes.

I feel that he cannot win, primarily because his base is confined to Phoenix and even there he is hotly disputed .... but then again, 15 months I felt that Trump could not win.

Melber whiffed, he was unprepared.

Miki Booth is obviously just trying to get in good with Arpaio because we all know she was the forger! :P Miki's still in Facebook jail, think of how many contributions were missed because she couldn't promote Joe's defense fund to Cinnamon's Facebook followers. How sad.

Would hate to see the people of Arizona go through it, but Joe is the next Roy Moore.

Joe Arpaio is back — and brought his undying Obama birther theory with him
By Cleve R. Wootson Jr. January 11 at 11:36 AM
***
Arpaio, for his part, has been unwavering in his belief that Obama’s birth certificate isn’t real.

In December, shortly before leaving the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Arpaio announced that his “Cold Case Posse” had found “9 points of forgery” following a five-year investigation of the birth certificate, according to the Arizona Republic.

Arpaio pushed the theory that someone copied and pasted Obama’s information onto the birth certificate of a woman born in Hawaii.

This is really when things went bad for Joe and Orly, he really dismissed her in public and made her look foolish. But she started it, she said to his face, "I've done the investigation for you." Flashback:

We got Orly Taitz to hop on a plane & come to Arizona on a very short notice so she could present Sheriff Joe Arpaio with some evidence. Sherrif Joe says he has evidence even she does not have ;)

Thank you Orly Taitz, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Senator Jack Harper, Jeff Lichter, Clark Hamblin & everyone involved with this event.
