..........According to the clerk of the court Supreme Court of New Hampshire simply declined to assume original jurisdiction. I do not have the actual order yet. I suspected that, as 4 out of 5 judges of the Supreme court of NH, including the Chief Judge are appointees of the Democrat governors (Jeanne Shaheen and John Lynch). As I stated previously, I will be filing with the Supreme Court of the United States a petition for stay of counting of Obama’s votes pending decision on certiorari petition. As NH is in the first circuit, it will go to Justice Breyer. If he denies, I will refile with one of the conservative justices. At any rate, the case is no longer in NH, it goes to the Supreme Court of the United States. There is no need to do outreach, e-mails and phone calls in NH, as the case is no longer there, but donations towards legal work, costs and travel to prosecute these 6 cases will be greatly appreciated

Judge Henry Hudson on Wednesday denied petitioner Eve Ellingwood's motion to intervene in Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's lawsuit against the health reform law. Ellingwood's motion argues that the "illegally obtained alleged" healthcare law is "illegal and void" because Obama wasn't born in the United States.

Her main exhibit: A tabloid Globe story from August 2010 revealing "shocking proof" that Obama was born in Kenya.

"The most important reason for my request for Intervention is the fact that Barack Obama is an illegal president," Ellingwood argues in her motion. "Therefore, any and all actions which have been made, and/or are proposed to be made by him, are null and void."

I am fluent in spanish and love the Latinos. However, constitutional rights are intended for american citizens and legal residents, not illegals. My constitutional rights have been totally violated as I am a jew, born in Jerusalem and a former judge and as I had dared talk about my belief in Jesus on TBN. Corrupt high level jewish people in Beverly Hills helped my brother and sister kill my parents ( Morris and Sara Sternlight) , a la MICHAEL JACKSON, and steal my parents’millions. Involved have been corrupt doctors, lawyers and judges. My life has been threatened not to tell the story; all my assets stolen; I have been injected with poisons; my apartment repeatedly burglarized and HUMAN FECES THROWN ON MY BALCONY AND ON MY CAR. Should all of this be happening in America, to an American citizen? Nothing was done about the murder- the fascist white House would not even let me talk– and all you care about it proceeding against the one sheriff who is doing his job under the constitution==and in favor of someone, although I truly feel sorry for her , who is NOT EVEN A LEGAL ALIEN, who has VIOLATED OUR LAWS AND WHO IS TRYING TO BENEFIT FROM HER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. Rep. Laurie Pettengill did a great job. She had a packet made up for everybody there and highlighted all the RSAs that pertain to the Ballot Law Commission and where they did not do their job. We brought up the two who were disqualified: Sal Mohamed and Abdul Hassan. I said, “The Ballot Law Commission said it was not in their purview.” But there were two of them who were denied for that reason by the Secretary of State. This was stated under oath that they didn’t have the authority, not only by the Secretary of State, but also by the counsel for the Ballot Law Commission.

I’m going to meet with the Speaker of the House on the 6th, and I’ve asked Larry Rappaport to come with me. If we’re the only ones who are going to stand by our oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the New Hampshire Constitution, then why have an oath? Because every legislator, Democrat and Republican, should have been there because it’s a constitutional issue, and I said this at the press conference. They took the same oath I did to the and should be devoted to the people of New Hampshire.
