I take it that the daffidavit was served in the way that a waiter serves a bowl of soup. The little group of cartoon characters seemed very confused about what constitutes 'service.' So they submit a notarized statement to the SoS that they had met with him in 2009 to talk about eligibility? Just so they could call a press conference and make even greater fools of themselves?

Somebody needs to alert Orly: being a Konstitutional lawyer is so 2011. She has to pivot and become a Magna Carta lawyer, which is now the highest law of the land.

I would be very surprised if these NH buffoons have read more of the Magna Carta than the first paragraph of the Wikipedia entry. Emphasis mine for what probably turned them on.
Quote:
Magna Carta is an English charter, originally issued in the year 1215 and reissued later in the 13th century in modified versions, which included the most direct challenges to the monarch's authority to date. The charter first passed into law in 1225. The 1297 version, with the long title (originally in Latin) The Great Charter of the Liberties of England, and of the Liberties of the Forest, still remains on the statute books of England and Wales.

They sure want to take their liberties in the forest.

The eyebrow-raiser, set to be introduced when the Legislature reconvenes next month, requires legislation to find its origin in an English document crafted in 1215.

“All members of the general court proposing bills and resolutions addressing individual rights or liberties shall include a direct quote from the Magna Carta which sets forth the article from which the individual right or liberty is derived,” is the bill’s one sentence.

The Magna Carta, while famed as the first major declaration of rights under English monarchy, is a bit outdated in its actual prose."

Like that? Or what about the one where widows don't have to pay interest to "the jooos"

Or the one about sheriffs not taking corn...

It's a good Charter, a magna one even but they missed a few things.

That is some primo loono on the YouTube.

You gotta love these patriots, as far as they are concerned the Constitution is worth bupkis, ONLY the Magna Carta (Yaaaaaaaay England) is worth anything. #-o

I thought we frowned on allegiance to England. I thought we rejected English law when we revolted against King George. I haz a confoozed. :-k

Not sure if this is relavent, but here's something from the House 'o Malware

Quote:
..........According to the clerk of the court Supreme Court of New Hampshire simply declined to assume original jurisdiction. I do not have the actual order yet. I suspected that, as 4 out of 5 judges of the Supreme court of NH, including the Chief Judge are appointees of the Democrat governors (Jeanne Shaheen and John Lynch). As I stated previously, I will be filing with the Supreme Court of the United States a petition for stay of counting of Obama’s votes pending decision on certiorari petition. As NH is in the first circuit, it will go to Justice Breyer. If he denies, I will refile with one of the conservative justices. At any rate, the case is no longer in NH, it goes to the Supreme Court of the United States. There is no need to do outreach, e-mails and phone calls in NH, as the case is no longer there, but donations towards legal work, costs and travel to prosecute these 6 cases will be greatly appreciated

I thought an alleged allegiance to England was the main reason they're claiming Obama is ineligible.

The snag? Orly's complete inability to follow procedure. And the issue.

As for an activist Judge swinging into the world of birfistan, considering one did get recently (or fairly recently) busted for using a penis pump on the bench during court I guess anything is possible.

A birfer Judge exists! Well, retired birfer Judge!

A few weeks ago, Jez found the website of a birfer Judge (retired) who calls herself Judge Eve Sternlight Cohen (aka Eve Ellingwood). Eve is batshit. Eve is the woman that Orly will be in 20 years. Eve is about 70. She tried to file as an intervener in Florida v Sebelius, Virgina v Sebelius and Cuccinelli v Sebelius; she filed because Obama isn't a NBC and isn't eligible to be POTUS, so the health care bill isn't legal. She ran for the Nevada State Senate in 2008 raising a whole zero dollars for her campaign. She is extremely litigious. Eve states that she is a prophet/psychic/seer/healer. She was raised Jewish and converted to Christianity; she believes that the Joos in LA are after her because of this.

Quote:

Judge Henry Hudson on Wednesday denied petitioner Eve Ellingwood's motion to intervene in Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's lawsuit against the health reform law. Ellingwood's motion argues that the "illegally obtained alleged" healthcare law is "illegal and void" because Obama wasn't born in the United States.

Her main exhibit: A tabloid Globe story from August 2010 revealing "shocking proof" that Obama was born in Kenya.

"The most important reason for my request for Intervention is the fact that Barack Obama is an illegal president," Ellingwood argues in her motion. "Therefore, any and all actions which have been made, and/or are proposed to be made by him, are null and void."

snip.....

In her rambling motion, Ellingwood explains that she "loves all people - Black, jewish, asian, white, native and any and all others" and that "this litigation is being prosecuted to correct extreme wrongs caused by bad people from any of those people."

She goes on to argue Obama has been giving "his staff's cronies in Wall Street" billions of dollars "by lying and calling it stimulus money" and that her "life has been threatened not to tell this story."
snip.....

I was reading Breaking News: Woman files lawsuit against MCSO & Arpaio after being shackled during birth and stumbled across a comment by Eve:

I am fluent in spanish and love the Latinos. However, constitutional rights are intended for american citizens and legal residents, not illegals. My constitutional rights have been totally violated as I am a jew, born in Jerusalem and a former judge and as I had dared talk about my belief in Jesus on TBN. Corrupt high level jewish people in Beverly Hills helped my brother and sister kill my parents ( Morris and Sara Sternlight) , a la MICHAEL JACKSON, and steal my parents’millions. Involved have been corrupt doctors, lawyers and judges. My life has been threatened not to tell the story; all my assets stolen; I have been injected with poisons; my apartment repeatedly burglarized and HUMAN FECES THROWN ON MY BALCONY AND ON MY CAR. Should all of this be happening in America, to an American citizen? Nothing was done about the murder- the fascist white House would not even let me talk– and all you care about it proceeding against the one sheriff who is doing his job under the constitution==and in favor of someone, although I truly feel sorry for her , who is NOT EVEN A LEGAL ALIEN, who has VIOLATED OUR LAWS AND WHO IS TRYING TO BENEFIT FROM HER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. She put herself in that sad situation and should not have come here to begin with- ILLEGALLY. iF YOUR THINKING IS CARRIED OUT TO ITS LEGAL CONCLUSION– WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS THAT EVERYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD HAS MORE RIGHTS THAN DO OUR RESIDENT LEGAL CITIZENS. wE HAVE AN ILLEGAL PRESIDENT, WHO WAS BORN IN KENYA, AND NO WONDER ALL KINDS OF LAWS ARE BROKEN AND THOSE WHO TRY TO ENFORCE THE LAWS ARE PERSECUTED AND PUNISHED. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. tHE LADY IN QUESTION SHOULD GO BACK TO WHERE SHE CAME FROM AND TRY TO MAKE A LIFE FOR HERSELF THERE- AND THEN APPLY TO COME TO THE US LEGALLY. WHAT SHE IS TRYING TO DO IS UNCONSCIONABLE AND INEXCUSABLE.

Eve spams about her parents murder all over the intertubes. She also spams about Obama, but not as often as she does about her parents.

She is a regular guest on the Spiritually Raw radio show.

Eve's website: 90210Holocaust.

All the birfers need is one birfer Judge who hasn't been corrupted by the Fascist regime and paid off to keep Obama's sekrits sekrit. Alas, poor Orly; Eve is retired.

Strange, I clearly remember that the court did "hear" and they denined it in legal shorthand.

I guess Orly missed Tafts Legal Shorthand 101.

Funny sentence there: "She is our American sister, as she was born in the United States."

So, Eve does not believe in Vattel? Or did she change her mind when her sister and her brother killed her parents?

I think it's more that I don't know whether the four or five things wrong with just the service relate to the usual rules of New Hampshire or the Supreme Court's own rules. I think it'd be harder to find something she did right. Also, single-spaced? WTF?

Now? In her original petition she does the same thing. Nowhere does she mention or imply that the other eight are pro se and she alone signs the pleading as "Orly Taitz, ESQ.".

As long as a few more courts do not step up to stop this crap they are getting everything they deserve from the nut bag. You haven't seen her in Judge Land's court lately have you? How about Judge Rodriguez in Texas?

Let's hope Hawaii takes a step forward today.

Quote:
WILL MEET WITH SPEAKER ON JANUARY 6

REP. ACCORNERO: It went pretty well. Larry and the Vitas gave the papers to one of the subordinates of the Attorney General, who supposedly wasn’t in. We had to give them to someone authorized to receive them. Then we went over to the Legislative Office Building, where we were asked to leave because supposedly there was another press conference; of course, it wasn’t for two hours.

[...]

Rep. Laurie Pettengill did a great job. She had a packet made up for everybody there and highlighted all the RSAs that pertain to the Ballot Law Commission and where they did not do their job. We brought up the two who were disqualified: Sal Mohamed and Abdul Hassan. I said, “The Ballot Law Commission said it was not in their purview.” But there were two of them who were denied for that reason by the Secretary of State. This was stated under oath that they didn’t have the authority, not only by the Secretary of State, but also by the counsel for the Ballot Law Commission.

[...]

I’m going to meet with the Speaker of the House on the 6th, and I’ve asked Larry Rappaport to come with me. If we’re the only ones who are going to stand by our oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the New Hampshire Constitution, then why have an oath? Because every legislator, Democrat and Republican, should have been there because it’s a constitutional issue, and I said this at the press conference. They took the same oath I did to the and should be devoted to the people of New Hampshire.

Accornero might regret that meeting with the Speaker.
