Rudy's back on the birfer kick, and he's latched on to the coattails of a Pastor Tim Coleman located here in Phoenix, Arizona. This winner calls the 700 Club's prayer line to preach about how Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are not natural-born citizens. The guy on the other end of the line handles the request with aplomb.

[bbvideo=560,315][/bbvideo]

Tim Coleman's church's website is here:

http://www.35thavenuebaptist.org/

And he identifies the address to his church as follows:

2522 North 35th Avenue
surrounded by Phoenix, Arizona
[85009] Reference only, not in a federal zone.

(emphasis added)

Yeah, a sovereign citizen nutbar preacher.

Rudy Davis Defends Convicted Child Rapist Charles Allen Dyer in State of Oklahoma vs Charles Allen Dyer -- says he's got it on "very good authority" (wonder where he got that phrase from ;) )that Dyer was a good Christian when he went to prison, became an agnostic after all his hard times, bound for atheism, and that he's innocent of the charges against him. He's all butt-hurt about this and of course, offended that the patriots aren't all over getting him justice so he wants everybody to write to the poor downtrodden so at least he doesn't burn in hell for giving up on God..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zY6RjZBKcyM

I've only been able to find two transcripts from the actual trial and one of them consists largely of trial preliminaries (voir dire) and not been able to find any more. Anybody able to look into these transcripts and provide them. The site where the two I found for the third trial claim no others are being released because the defendant's family claims they're not released to protect identity of the victim. The case number is CF-2010-17

Good for Barry!

The patriots defending Dyer should now latch onto Simcox.

Let them form a club defending child molesters. Show who they are.

He's totally lost his marbles. He's got eight groups that he said should bring the death penalty if he gets any position of authority. I took one for the team and listened to the entire thing. It's a stew of all sorts of conspiracy theories, I think he hits all the favorite buttons of the conspiracy nutters:

1) Anyone who was paid to participate in a false flag event to modify the political agenda of the United States. He strongly implies that Oklahoma City, 9/11 and Sandy Hook were false flags, then death penalty for you
2) Any attorneys who work for the corporate United States of America* who knowingly withhold exculpatory evidence, death penalty for you.
3) If you knowingly put out a fraudulent birth certificate and social security card, and it results in you being POTUS, death penalty for you.
4) Any news media who has knowingly participated in false news stories to change public policy, death penalty for you
5) If you're participating in putting chemtrail elements in our atmosphere, death penalty for you.
6) Restricting gun laws or requiring vaccines, death penalty for you
7) If you worked for the CIA and engaged in torture, whether at Abu Ghraib or elsewhere, death penalty for you.

And then he remembered, "Oh yes, the Federal Reserve!"

8) If you have any involvement with the Federal Reserve, death penalty for you.

Rudy's been round the bend for a VERY long time. I really am not sure that he and reality were ever even nodding acquaintances, and certainly not in recent memory. He's such a perfect example of a kind caring christian evangelist. :sarcastic:

Maybe it's time for another call to the FBI about Rudy. The Secret Service didn't seem too concerned. If you see something, say something.

he missed the three most important ones:

-those that try to prevent him from being put into a position of authority.
-those who do put him in a position of authority.
-and himself for being put in that position of authority.

Rudy Davis is now defending alleged terrorist Bryce Cuellar. He drove over from the Dallas area to Las Vegas for this hearing.

Here's some background on Cuellar:
The man charged with making terrorist threats in a YouTube video will have to wait a few more days before he learns how long he'll spend behind bars.

On Tuesday, Bryce Cuellar appeared in court and made an Alford plea to the terrorist threat charges, thus accepting the consequences of a guilty plea while maintaining his innocence.

The plea carries a lighter sentence -- instead of 2-20 years in prison, Cuellar could face 1-10 years.

Police say that back in July, Cuellar posted a threatening video on YouTube that detailed his plan to kill "homosexuals and Satanists."

Here's Rudy's video about today's hearing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2cHp9AW3GU

It's the usual "OMG This Guy Is Being Railroaded" nonsense from Rudy. I'd note that Rudy is profoundly clueless about the pressure put on public defenders these days--huge caseloads and not enough money.

Hey, look who's still around! Still full of hate, too. Love those Xtians and their godly miens.
“I think he should be arrested,” he continued. “I think this guy has done everything he can to destroy America. I believe he is a traitor. I believe he should be arrested. I wish Trump would do it. I don’t know if he would, but some of us ought to do it. We ought to go get our pitchforks and our torches and go to town and arrest the guy. He’s doing everything he can to undermine us.”

Poked my head into Rooty Tutty's world (aka LoneStar1776) to see what his latest fetish is. He has taken a shine to Russell Landers, Montana Freeman. Apparently Mr. Landers is the only remaining Montana Freemen in prison. He got his sentence extended in fine poot style by attempting his financial shenanigans on prison officials. Standard stuff, copyrighting his name, filing liens and attempting to extort money.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_dVbIzta5U

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montana_Freemen
On April 7, 2008, Russell Dean Landers had his sentence extended by 15 years for attempting to extort his release from prison. He and two other inmates at the federal prison in El Reno, Oklahoma had demanded millions of dollars from officials for the use of their names, which they claimed were "copyrighted." They were found guilty of "conspiring to impede the duties of federal prison officials and extortion in (their) efforts to gain release from prison by making financial demands on prison staff and attempting to seize their property."[18][20][

Las Vegas man pleads guilty to YouTube threat, gets probation
By DAVID FERRARA LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
November 3, 2016 - 6:51 pm

A 24-year-old Las Vegas man who prosecutors said used the internet to threaten government officials was given probation Thursday after pleading guilty to one felony count.

Bryce Matthew Cuellar, whose YouTube channel FisherOfMen has more than 164,000 followers, was ordered to undergo mental health and substance abuse evaluation after pleading guilty to one count of attempt making threats or conveying false information concerning acts of terrorism.

District Judge Richard Scotti allowed Cuellar to maintain his YouTube channel but said he could not post threatening statements.

Should he violate his probation, Cuellar could face to 48 months in prison. <SNIP>

Vegas man accused of video post threatening terror attack

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A 24-year-old Las Vegas man who police say posed in battlefield gear and assault weapons for an internet video saying he intended to shoot "Satanists" and "homosexuals" is due to face a judge this week on terror threat and conspiracy charges.

Bryce Matthew Cuellar's court-appointed defense attorney, Marissa Pensabene, said Tuesday he'll plead not guilty on Thursday.

An indictment filed Aug. 24 in Clark County District Court also charges Cuellar with attempting to have another person delete the 15-minute YouTube video.

Cuellar remains jailed on $150,000 bail following his arrest July 1. He could face a minimum of two years and up to 20 years in state prison if he's convicted of the terror threats charge.
............
Police said Cuellar described himself as a Christian warrior and specified that he wanted to kill homosexuals, gays, lesbians and Satanists.

About an hour after the video was posted, Cuellar punched his wife, Zenaida Mendez, according to the police report.

He was arrested a short time later, and police said the weapons seen in the video were confiscated. <SNIP>
