Now he's advocating for Amy's brother, David... :brickwallsmall:
ABBC3_SPOILER_SHOW
There is zero doubt that David was part of the plot to murder Christine:
On February
4, 2013, David, Lenore, and Thomas drove to Delaware in two vehicles, which were loaded with an assault rifle, handguns,
military-style knives, thousands of rounds of ammunition, restraints, body armor, binoculars, an electric shock device, gas
cans, a shovel, photographs of Belford’s children and residence, and handwritten notes about Belford’s neighbors.
Thomas left a note for Gonzalez in a hutch in the family’s residence, instructing her to keep his guns for protection and
that stated “hopefully we can end this BS now – up to Dave.” App. 3318, 7461.
...
The key to this vehicle was found on David’s person. The Government also introduced evidence of a surveillance video from a Walmart
parking lot in Maryland that depicted Thomas, David, and Lenore walking around the vehicle with its trunk open, demonstrating that all three knew of the weapons and ammunition.

Ah I got confused then. I thought the brother killed his ex-wife. So Amy's dad killed David's ex-wife. The dad is Thomas David and the brother is David.

What Rudy is either ignorant of, or knows and doesn't care, is that clearly Amy and David knew that Thomas was planning on killing Christine so that Amy could get custody of the kids.
Wow. What a shame Jerry Springer is out of production, they'd be booked in a heartbeat. Truly unbelievable. Haven't followed Rudy since he drove Orly Taitz around (this is that guy, right?). Is Orly aware of all this? And why isn't Rudy having Taitz do the appeal?

Haven't you heard? Jerry has a new show that would be perfect for the poots!

Even Rudy Dumbass doesn't understand about the burning deer thingy. Mikey bloviates nonsense about his appeal being denied. Whatever.

WHBQ Ch13 TV in Memphis announced the federal government provided a 1 million dollar grant for Fayette County(next to Memphis Tennessee and FCI-Memphis) to build an incinerator claimed to be for elimination of deer that are dying from (wasting disease). The only problem is that the deer are dying in the forest and no one is out looking for them in the forest. Then what could they be building a large incinerator designed to eliminate large amounts of biological waist for?
Recently Alex Jones was exposing the plan for gun confiscation, mass incarceration and elimination of those who will not accept tyranny from a corrupt government. The Virginia State legislature are planning on gun confiscation. What will your state do? Verify this info from Ch13 and forward to the Alex Jones of the world while you still have time.

I don't know why prisons allow inmates to listen to Alex Jones.

Virginia resident here to clear up some of the crazy from ole Mikey: the RWNJ are all claiming it's the gunpocalypse again just like every time but the laws that passed are very minimalist (closing loopholes, trying to combat straw sales). Also I think I might have first hand knowledge of what Mikey calls "incinerators" which in all likelihood are actually methane flares, a green energy device for a system that runs off landfill gas. Though I'm sure it'll be tons of conspiracy fodder up there with chemtrails. I've been seriously considering putting some money on Mike's phone for the entertainment value lol. First time posting so sorry for the gee whiz stuff that is slightly off topic :p

Welcome Baidan. Be careful when watching Rudy -- large doses may cause you to lose your hair and get warts.

I was looking at his Mike Parsons playlist, and I noticed that sometimes Rudy accidentally adds in his pornography:

 that may be the most amusing way someone has found themselves banned from commenting by Poor Rudy. For anyone interested he's got a new call from everyone's fake attorney crowing about how well he did in court....just like how he DECIMATED the prosecution last time and managed to be found guilty with less than an hour of deliberation. Rudy is apparently upset he wasn't given his free vacation to go scream on the witness stand that Williams is innocent because of KJB or whatever...

Rudy has a new call with Amy out. In this one she has the audacity to ask why it was illegal for her to stalk her brother's ex-wife but the murdered ex-wife was allowed to check on her ex-husbands Facebook account for signs that he might kidnap their children again.

He truly is the master of ignoring context and presenting only one side of the story.

Gets worse. He read a letter from David, the murder victims ex-husband. I love it, I think Rudy has found a family of psychopaths. Some things start to emerge from the overlap in their stories. It seems pretty clear that they decided to leave Amy at home in Texas? so that she could deny involvement in the murder plot and thus get custody of the kids. Also, not present in the court documents but mentioned by both David and Amy is that their father, the guy who pulled the trigger, had a brain tumor. It looks like that was part of the murder conspiracy; either to blame the murder on the tumor or convincing the father that the tumor would kill him so since he’s gonna die soon he should be the one to pull the trigger.

Big problem with the brain tumor angle is that even if it explained the grandfathers actions, nobody else had brain tumors, wouldn’t excuse anyone else’s actions.

I would bet money that you're correct on them using the assumed terminal diagnosis to get the grandfather to pull the trigger. These might be the worst scum poor Rudy has managed to dig up because unlike most they are actually intelligent and aware. Looking at the court documents it's additionally horrifying to me that they likely could have escaped justice had their patience and nerves not failed them. I'm glad they'll never see the light of day they're dangerous evil people.
