Maybe Judge Andrew Guilford will be the lucky recipient of this case, too. Also.

So, the CA portion of this case could now be assigned to Judge David O. Carter? {SMILIES_PATH}/pray.gif {SMILIES_PATH}/pray.gif

Carter? {SMILIES_PATH}/pray.gif {SMILIES_PATH}/pray.gifOr Judge Guilford. {SMILIES_PATH}/pray.gif Judge Carter has dealt with CEL3's mortgage redemption nonsense, so he knows CEL3 as well as the Chaleria.I suspect this one is going to Judge Carney, however. But I also suspect the law clerks have all conferred.

Perhaps Judge Rodriguez (he of the Rhodes v Gates, et al. 30-minute TRO denial) of the W.D. TX will get this case. \ :D /

Then he went to a good law school. Worked as a civil litigator for O'Melveny and then got the bug to be a judge. Started off in Orange County Superior Court where he ran a tight, frtiendly courtroom. Then he got a hankering to be a federal judge and was nominated by W and went through as a pretty non controversial nominee.

Bottom line: good guy, smart judge. He won't put up with the Chaleria's nonsense.

On the Kevin Bacon scale, my Kevin Bacon number with Cormac Carney is a 1. (Ditto with Judge Carter.)

Thank God it has finally been transfered. I will be glad when we find out what Courts and Judges it has been assigned to, so we can do the work to move this case forward and get a final ruling as soon as it is feasably possible.

Thank God it has finally been transfered....despite the best efforts of the idiot lawyer who thought it should be filed in PA in the first place. You'll have Ed Hale's millions in your pocket any day now. and get a final ruling as soon as it is feasably possibleYeah, they typically hand them out without trials.
Thanks pal.
