Because of the complete chaos that all parties have created here, the Court will dispense rough justice as follows ....

I note that Liberi WAS represented by Jose Lorenzo (not that HE seems to have impressed the judge ...), but is now filing Pro Se.

No, Liberi was not represented by Jose Lorenzo. Liberi was represented by Steve Marcus of Gittler and Bradford when she signed the Settlement Agreement back in August of 2016.

If only you had gotten a good lawyer in the first place.... how did you ever hook up with that piece of work? Was he recommended by a birther?

Him and his firm also represented Phil Berg, according to the docket.
Gittler and Bradford only sponsored Berg until he lost his license to practice. Then Berg was pro se.

That makes sense. It explains why they were terminated as his rep long before he was out of the case. Thanks for the clarification.

I will say this in case Lisa is following:

The District Court retained limited jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement. That was in the original order after the settlement. A motion to reconsider or whatever was not needed at the district level and was not the correct course. An appeal is also not necessary and a waste.

I do not know what filing/motion is needed at the local District Court (not Appeals) to ask the court the enforce the agreement, but a lawyer will.

Get a lawyer.

The lawyer thing isn't going to happen. The volume of utterly batshit buffoonery that the parties have been engaging in for the last decade guarantees that. Here's (part of) why:

Assume, for the sake of argument, that a lawyer can be found who is reasonably competent yet does not kick the prospective client out of the office after a cursory review of the docket sheets. (My personal view is that those two criteria are mutually exclusive, but assume nonetheless that both are met.) Assume further that this mythical attorney bills at only $200/hr. I would estimate that it would probably take something in the rough neighborhood of $5,000 worth of billable hours - at that unreasonably low rate - just to become marginally familiar with the existing record. Not to learn it fully. Not to read every document. Maybe not even read every prior order. That's just the time to become fluent enough with the course of litigation to have a good handle on what has happened so far and where things stand now. That's 5 grand out the window before the lawyer writes a single word, files a single motion. That's $5,000 for the lawyer to say "seriously, it's time to walk away and if you won't do that and still want me to continue with this case my rate just doubled."

Mike, unless it's a Fogbow attorney, everybody here knows the whole story :P Anybody want to get involved? It would be by far their cheapest option. :P

Re the time, we're just getting warmed up here. As discussed above, the Martin v. Sample case is 33 years. That's the Guinness Book of World Records winner. Clearly Orly would like to be published for all time.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Docket Sheet for the now-transferred Liberi v Taitz...
Did it start before that? Otherwise it's only 13 years, it's still Act I.

Are there any real lawyers actually still attached to this dog of a case?

I wonder if they are Daft Skool alumni. I would think her attorneys would be doing everything possible to mitigate her causing them any further expense.

Does anyone -- including the parties in this -- even remember what this is about? A waste of Court resources, if ever there was one.

It's astounding to see this still going on. Orly can file her own poopies, but if the other party has to pay for legal work, this is insane and bankrupting. I remember watching the video with Orly, Berg et al going nuts in the courtroom and the judge got rid of it. Is Berg still driving Lyft (he got kicked from Uber IIRC)? Incredible.

I remember watching the video with Orly, Berg et al going nuts in the courtroom and the judge got rid of it. Is Berg still driving Lyft (he got kicked from Uber IIRC)? Incredible.
I doubt Taitz could qualify to drive for Uber.

And she would have to advise all of her potential customers that her vehicle may be targeted for sabotage by evil Obots. Otherwise she could be liable.
bring out the tumbrils. I am so fucking filled with pain and anger at what is going on in this country. I do deeply believe that if trump somehow retains power it will be the end of democracy in this country and the end of this country as we know it.

Hot combustible fumes, baby!

Here's a trivia question: Where did that accusation come from?

A: The Damon Dunn matter!
Criminal Complaint regarding voter fraud and elections fraud committed by Mr. Damon Dunn, registered voter in Orange County, CA, and a Candidate for the position of the Secretary of State on the ballot for the Republican Primary in Orange County, CA based on CEC §8001 (a)(2), CEC §18203, §18500.

Criminal Complaint regarding voter intimidation as well as intimidation of the Candidate on the Ballot Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, as well as intimidation and harassment of children of Dr. Taitz in an effort to pressure Dr. Taitz to withdraw her candidacy from the race for the Secretary of State of CA.
"I received death threats on my web site OrlyTaitzesq.com. One of them stated “I will shoot you myself and burn your body for the whole World to see.” Shortly thereafter there was a warning signal in my car, I took the car to Mission Viejo Motors, where I was shown that someone removed a clasp and disconnected a fumes emissions hose, whereby hot combustible fumes went back to my car, while I was riding with my 3 children. She posted a PDF of the report from Mission Viejo Motors June 6, 2009. Some of Obama’s people requested that I post a letter from the mechanic. Here it is. He marked with an arrow and has written that the hose is disconnected and the clamp is missing. You can see his signature, name of the shop and the phone number. I don’t hide anything, I don’t seal anything. I want a person responsible found and charged. Now you people can go to your boss and tell him to unseal his records and stop harassing the whole country."

Even the mechanic's notes:

It's remarkable she's still alive. If any of it was true. That claim made it to Sterngard's wonderful topic, ORLY TAITZ'S TOP 25 FALSE STATEMENTS: viewtopic.php?t=2727

I still don't understand why this case is alive.

Apropos of nothing, even among Russian Taxi drivers Taitz would be terrifying. They come by it naturally.
