http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee23 ... il.jpgIt's become painfully obvious this week that Phil is a goner. RIP, Phil, you loser. Lisa Liberi prob'ly flew to Philly and hermetically sealed his office so the cops won't know. But Lisa, it's the middle of July. It's HOT in Philly. Even if you left the A/C on, he's gonna start stinkin' up the joint pretty soon. You need to admit he's dead and give him a decent burial. [-X

The evidence:

[*:vnfr8r10]In my Inbox in one of my many email addresses resides his last Earthly transmission.

It explains that:

Due to scheduling conflicts and the importance of this March, the date of the OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE / ELIGIBILITY/ OBAMACARE March on Washington was postponed from Memorial Day Weekend to sometime in August / September 2010. The new date will be announced shortly.Says the same thing on [link]the home page of ObamaCrimes,http://obamacrimes.com[/link].

Dated May 28. No further updates. Today is July 16. There ain't enough time to schedule a march in August or September. Not gonna happen (and he'd be lucky to get 25 marchers anyway).

There's not gonna be a march. On account of Phil is dead. Puts a crimp in the festivities. ?(

[*:vnfr8r10]That brief he filed in the False Claims Act case this week (remember when we were all forbidden to discuss that on pain of bein' banned, kids?) was nothing more than a death rattle. In case you haven't read it, it doesn't even contain the word "usurper," for FSM's sake.

That's not a persuasive writing aimed at his legions of followers. It doesn't bring the crazy. It's not going to make the PayPal button start pouring forth its blessings again. The followers are all gone, in any event. Linda Starr, T Roberts, Gail, you know the names better than I ... and they're gone, all gone.

And it's not a persuasive writing aimed at the D.C. Circuit court, either. The brief really didn't even address the Per Curiam Judgment that was issued on June 30. All that brief really does, as was pointed out by others, is repeat the same lame argument five or six times about Holder having a conflict. "... Holder has a conflict of interest. As a result, Holder has a conflict of interest."

Lisa Liberi prob'ly wrote every word of it and signed his name.

You would think, if a real lawyer was asking for an appeals court to order the Justice Department to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the president, that he or she might possibly maybe consider citing some statutory or case law authority showing the court that it has the power to do such a thing.

Not Phil Lisa. I don't think Phil had any input into that brief.

[*:vnfr8r10]He and Lisa don't dare to ask their legions of followers for a dime to fight Orly and Ed and Linda Starr Belcher in the First Birferstani Civil War. The followers all left Phil long ago and joined Orly instead. When Judge Robreno's case is parceled out to Texas and California, Phil won't be able to travel to either state for any court appearances, bein' dead and all. This will be Orly's first win in court. If Phil wasn't dead, I might give him some shit for that, but for now I'll just let him off with a warning.

He's dead, Foggy.

That's Mr. Leghorn, to you.

I know that, Bones. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy, either.

... and how does that make you feel?
What is it you are trying to say?

He was on a radio program. I listened to 10 minutes. I didn't hear anything. The Prophecy Chronicles guest is Phil Berg.paulrichardprice071910[/break1]org/2010/07/19/the-prophecy-chronicles-guest-is-phil-berg.aspx?ref=rss]http://paranormalradionetwork.org/2010/ ... px?ref=rss
Edit: edited to add the mp3 thingy. I still didn't listen yet. I sampled a bit.Heck, Phil is a Fire Fighter. He says volunteer fire fighter. He interrupts the program to talk on the emergency radio or something. I never heard him do that before. This is a stupid program. Really stupid.

PHIL BERG TO ATTEND THE GLENN BECK / SARAH PALIN RALLY

XXX-http://obamacrimes.com/?p=1042

Berg said, “Glen Beck / Sarah Palin’s rally will draw millions of people and it is important for us to get the word out about Obama’s lack of United States Citizenship and lack of qualifications to serve as the President of the United States”.Phew! Now he doesn't have to raise money for his OWN million moron march.

So Phil thinks he can beg enough donations to print up a bunch of fliers and pay for airfair and a hotel for a weekend trip to DC? Shouldn't he be working on his "case pending in the Federal Courts"?
