Orly filed a third case in the Southern District of Texas yesterday, No. 1:15-cv-00054. It is assigned to the Hon. Hilda G. Tagle.

Since she sued the head of my agency I am going to refrain from public comment.

Identity theft (hers) and illegal aliens. Sorta. Kinda. Obama's SSN. The IRS won't tell her anything about who filed a return using her SSN. The SSA won't answer questions about Lucille Ballantyne. Bill Ayers. Paul Irey. Chito Papa. Columbia University and the Student Clearinghouse. Border Patrol agents facing retribution. Yada yada.

She is seeking injunctive relief to, among other things, make the IRS Commissioner release documents that are protected by law.

I can't post the 59-page Complaint right now, but if a mod will contact me at my cell phone number I will forward the .pdf. Since she sued the head of my agency I am going to refrain from public comment.

She also claims that Obama is personally using a stolen Social Security number, and other forged identification documents, and that his correct legal name and identity would be established upon discovery.

Identity theft (hers) and illegal aliens.I'm guessing the aliens is the same ole, but her own identity theft?I look forward to fantastical pleadings in which she accuses the administration of persecuting decedent civil rights attorneys (followed by the defendants' motion for summary judgment being granted). No "press release" so far; guess she's trying to replicate her magic in Maryland.

Why does she continue to persecute him? He just wants to return home.

I only skimmed about 10 pages but I can tell you this is one of her "masterpieces". She vomited her entire life's work onto 59 pages. Everyone gets a shout out in this one.

Oh, and she wants to certify it as a class action

Lots of birfing. The really well written, beautifully formatted complaint asks for class action status with you know who as the attorney. Funny, I thought she was not admitted in Texas. I must be wrong.

Oh, no, Orly! You almost had perfect numbering, but on page 17 you have a second No. 36! It goes 35, 36, 36, 37 ....

Keep trying. Maybe next time!

On page 19, she dumps a poorly formatted federal statute that continues for nine pages.

Pffft. I look upon that as pure genius. It's hard for judges and their law clerks to find statutes.

I for one hope Judge Hanen gets the case. He deserves it.

Now how would she know that the individuals who allegedly filed a tax return under her name are 1) "illegal aliens" who are 2) "mostly crossing the US border in Rio Grande area" and are 3) working with mafia members? :confuzzled:

Me too! I hope he gets the case.

off-topic but my sister told me that somebody filed a tax return in her husband's name with another woman. haha! Somebody who got that file of stolen identities or whatever got it wrong.

IRS had already flagged it.
