I have a .pdf copy. I don't have theh capability of converting to Scribd. If someone else can, please e-mail me (some of you know my office addy), I will provide the Application for TRO, Sankey's Affidavit, the Certificate of Service, the Declaration of Sandra Line Ramsey in Keyes v. Bowen matter (WTF???), and the Order to Active Duty.

Edit: She freakin filed the Order to Active Duty without redacting Cook's SSN. If anyone posts this document, please black out the SSN.

Edit: She also freakin failed to pay the $350 filing fee. I also downloaded the letter that Orly did not post on her blog -- the one from the clerk of the court advising her to pay the damn fee.

US Army Major signs on as plaintiff for Dr. Orly Taitz… RE: Obama’s Eligibility to Hold Office

Dear Attorney Orly,

My name is Major Stefan F. Cook. I am an officer in the Army Reserve of the United States of America and understand that you are heading up a class action suite to request that Barack Obama show he meets the Constitutional qualifications to be our Commander In Chief. As an officer in the U.S. Army, I have the right to know that I am following the lawful orders from a Constitutionally qualified Commander In Chief.

I would like to sign on as a participating plaintiff in this class action.

Please advise.

STEFAN F. COOK

MAJ, EN, US ARMY

Major Cook went on to send Dr. Taitz a signed, notarized consent form authorizing her to name him as a plaintiff in this suit.It looks like Stefan F. Cook is also "roaddog727" on Free Republic. I'm sure his fellow freepers, (assuming he IS actually a reservist and not the typical freeper "keyboard commando"), will keep his handle alive while his career goes down in flames.....[/break1]yestodemocracy.com/yes_to_democracy_no_to_pu/2009/02/cheese-falling-off-of-crackers-bergbirther-update.html]http://www.yestodemocracy.com/yes_to_de ... pdate.html

A few thoughts:1) Oily is not admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Georgia Middle District. I don't know how much of problem that will be for her, but if it ISN'T a problem, this is one lawyer who IS admitted to that court who is going to raise a stink.BB--a question? Do the documents you have indicate a sponsoring attorney?2) Hearing set for July 16? Six days from now? This coming Thursday? At least Oily's crash and burn on this one will be swift. And, coupled with the epic fail of Monday, 7/13, a double dip delight and laughter.3) Oh, gee whiz...a hearing on 7/16/09 in Georgia is going to mean that Oily is going to have to shag azz across the country on Wednesday, and pony up the bucks for airfare, hotel, and rental car (plus road food and road nitrous fix, since she can't carry her supply on the plane). I'm wondering if she promised her plaintiff a free ride, or if she's billing him for expenses, costs, and services.
The love of power will not win over the power of love.

I moved this post by BB to this thread. Hope BB doesn't mind. by Butterfly Bilderberg » Thu Jul 09, 2009 12:44 pm Maybe this has something to do with Orly's inability to represent her military "plaintiff" in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia:LOCAL RULE 83.1ATTORNEYS83.1.1 ADMISSIONS* * *b. ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to practice in this court an attorney must have been admitted to practice in the trial courts of the State of Georgia and be an active member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. Only attorneys who are admitted to practice in this Court, or who have otherwise obtained permission under Rule 83.1.2c, may appear as counsel.* * *c. PERMISSION TO PRACTICE IN A PARTICULAR CASE. Any member in good standing of the bar of any other district court of the United States who is not a member of the State Bar of Georgia and who does not reside in or maintain an office in this state for the practice of law, will be permitted to appear and participate in a particular case, civil or criminal, in this court subject to the following provisions:1. In a civil case in which a party is represented only by counsel not a member of the bar of this court, such counsel must designate in writing some willing member of the local bar of this court upon whom motions and papers may be served and who will be designated as local counsel. That designation shall not become effective until such local counsel has entered a written appearance therein. ...I have been admitted pro hac vice in both the state courts and federal courts in Georgia for the past six years in connection with one of my cases. My motion for admission was required to include the following:3. I designate the following member of the State Bar of Georgia, who is duly and regularly admitted to practice in the superior courts of this state and is a resident of the State of Georgia with whom the court and opposing counsel may readily communicate regarding the conduct of this case and upon whom papers shall be served unless otherwise directed by the court:[Name, address and telephone number of the local attorney who sponsored me and remains on the pleadings as co-counsel throughout the pendency of the case.]

Holy shit...The guy is ordered to report to Benning on the 15th, and the TRO hearing is on the 16th.He has included two Colonels, whom I presume to be his commanders, as defendants.WTF are they going to do to this guy?I don't know how much of problem that will be for her, but if it ISN'T a problem, this is one lawyer who IS admitted to that court who is going to raise a stink.I can't get all of the .pdf's to open, but the main document will. It parenthetically notes a motion for pro hac admission, but I can't tell what, if anything, that motion includes.

Also, Orly's Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice was not filed electronically, so we have no clue whether she found a sucker in Georgia to sponsor her.

Based upon Orly's recent behavior (the lawsuit in Tx.), I'd bet money Orly filed the lawsuit in hopes to find an attorney that would sponsor her. That was what she did in Texas.

OKAY YOU LAWYERS, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ORLY ANY HELP ON THIS!Ummm... I couldn't even imagine how this could be "helped". She is counseling this guy to go AWOL.The only help I could offer would be to wear something on her wrists to keep the cuffs from binding.18 USC § 2387. Cook v Good et al

July 10th, 2009

I will post the pleadings, but the case filed on behalf of Major Cook, states that he is being deployed to Afghanistan and he is seeking a TRO (it is like a stay) of his deployment until Obama’s legitimacy (eligibility ) for presidency is ascertained. The judge is Federal District Judge for the middle district of GA -Clay D. Land.

If you want to write to the judge it is as follows:

Federal District Judge Clay D. Land

Middle District of Georgia

Columbus Division

PO Box 124

Columbus GA 31902

Defendants in this case are the supervising officers Col Wanda Good (hence the name of the case Cook v Good), Col Macdonald, in their capacity as commanding officers, Dr. Gates in his capacity of the Secretary of Defence and Barack Hussein Obama-de facto president of the United states.

Officer Cook is not only a highly decorated officer, being on staff of the Southern Command, he is also a family man, a father of a 16 y.o. and a highly educated professonal with the degrees in Economics, Business and Management.

His grave concern is about soldiers under his command, all US officers and enlisted and about our children- what future will they have, when the person sitting in the White House as the commander in chief, is consealing all his vital records, spends over a million dollars to seal an otiginal birth certificate, that costs $12 to produce, who has multiple social security numbers in National databases and statements of experts, showing multiple signs of forgery in his Certification of live birth and selective service sertificate.

Cook v. Good: Orly's GA Military Case

I've never seen a federal judge with a thinner CV.Born 1960. He joined the GA bar, started a personal injury / med mal / insurance defense firm with some other guy. Was nominated in 9/2001 by GWB and confirmed 12/2001.I was prepared to be impressed, as I usually am, by the bio, and maybe I'm missing something, but going from a two-man insurance claim practice directly to the bench in one leap is nice if you can get it, I guess.
Thanks pal.

He doesn't think he can black out the SSN and home address of Maj. Cook, so that document will probably not be postedIf he sends it to my efax, I can do that.
