This is Taitz's first birther litigation in like two years. (Taitz's bankruptcy and defamation litigation is on her own time.)

Well, it's not like she has a dental practice or a real estate practice or a law practice or probably a home life to worry about these days. A girl has to have something to do to occupy her useless hours and meager talents.
