Not so far fetched. Some NLRB members were disqualified by SCOTUS under the Recess Appointment Clause in NLRB v. Canning just a month ago.

But the way for Taitz to have standing (be directly affected by an Obama-appointee) would require her first to be held in contempt. And then appeal that all the way to SCOTUS.

So, Taitz needs to do what she did in Rhodes if she wants to succeed.

What a marvellous smackdown from Judge Hollander. It's just a pity that Orly's narcissism and poor reading comprehension will prevent the full meaning from penetrating her thick skull.

Can't wait to see this "brief". Over/under on the number of flat-out lies to the Court?

Yes. I seem to remember Judge Hollander saying something along the lines of Orly could have appealed the case but instead chose to file her POS Motion. :P

Taitz will argue her motion to "reconsider," or whatever the hell it was, extended the date. I don't think the very helpful "Notice of Treason," however, extends anything.Orly Taitz, Clounselor at Law.

Being the consummate attention whore that she is, Orly will not let a missed deadline get in the way of any possibility of oral arguments in front of a judge or two. She may have missed the deadline to appeal the original case, but the motion to reconsider gives her the opportunity to bring all her garbage to another court de novo. Brilliant strategy Lady Liberty. Never mind that you will be mocked and then ignored, the important thing is that Orly has a platform and some unlucky person will have to hear you out. Deja vous all over again.

Why, it's almost as if T88 never attended a law school or passed a bar exam.We know she didn't do one of the above. We're pretty darned sure she didn't do the other.

Why, it's almost as if T88 never attended a law school or passed a bar exam.So that's what Judge Hollander meant in her decision's discussion about school children knowing more than Orly. :point:

And that's all I have to say about that. :smoking:

Taitz v Colvin, dealing with Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 is in the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals  [/break1]orlytaitzesq.com/taitz-v-colvin-dealing-with-obamas-use-of-a-stolen-ct-ssn-042-68-4425-is-in-the-4th-circuit-court-of-appeals/]http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/taitz-v-col ... f-appeals/

"For completeness," do we know the 4th's case number yet?

It would appear Taitz appealed only her (second) motion for reconsideration (and motion to recuse, treason notice, etc.).She didn't appeal the actual POS case then? If that is the case it should be dumped fairly quickly I assume.

She is probably too late to appeal the original ruling but may appeal the Judge's ruling on Orly's latest motion.Of course, the issue is far more limited for that one.I doubt that Orly will get any traction. The issue has been settled, denial is rising to a boiling point. Expect some more desperate actions.
