Somebody erased the metadata. But the author gave Taitz a fairly clean document. Which in each case she butchered by not being able to figure out how to get her signature block correct. In a decade Taitz has learned only to hire ghost writers. She still cannot even get her signature right on a document. (Years ago my sig mocked Taitz's inability to do this correctly on a document filed in PACER: /s.)
