Somebody erased the metadata. But the author gave Taitz a fairly clean document. Which in each case she butchered by not being able to figure out how to get her signature block correct. The signature block in each document is different, and each is wholly incompetent.

In a decade Taitz has learned only to hire ghost writers. She still cannot even get her signature right on a document. (Years ago my sig mocked Taitz's inability to do this correctly on a document filed in PACER: /s.)

I'm trying to decide whether Taitz hired a ghostwriter for these two remaining cases because her dentistry (and punditry  ) keep her too bizzy to DIY, or because there's real money on the table and "somebody" "convinced" her to do so.

Her appeal is more than a longshot. It's frivolous (based on my knowledge of bankruptcy law -- which is not much, but I know frivolity when I see it). So someone may have talked her into it and found an easy mark to fleece. Too bad he didn't train her on how to create a signature block that looks like a real lawyer's. Of course, every document filed by anyone else constitutes such a signature block, so I doubt 6-8 hours of training would help. (Query -- would it be good for MCLE credit?)

Then the spelling and punctuation must have at least been properly done, and no multiple fonts. That is always one sure give away of her unique style.

Wasn't that the place where Orly Taitz was renting to many MARIJUANA Dispensaries? Mark dug into this in 2012:
Mark wrote:I wonder why Orly, in her candidate statement, never mentioned her support of medical marijuana laws. Here are some interesting, perhaps interrelated facts, which journalists may be interested in pursuing: (1) Orly Taitz owns two buildings from which she conducts her dental practices: http://www.drtaitz.com/map.htm [Link now dead...Hmmm] (2) At one of her addresses, one of her tenants is a medical corporation whose doctors prescribe medical marijuana: http://ocmmes.com/contact.htm (3) At her other address, her other tenant was a pot dispensary: http://www.ocregister.com/articles/city ... uncil.html (4) The City of Santa Margarita, in 2011, voted for a moratorium on pot dispensaries: http://www.ocregister.com/articles/city ... uncil.html (5) OrlyTaitz, in 2012, becomes involved with Debbie Tharp's crusade against municipalities which ban pot dispensaries.(6) Is Orly Taitz's motivation an idealistic cause or the loss of rental income which these municipal laws have caused her? (7) Did Orly Taitz, as a licensed dentist, write prescriptions for medical marijuana or refer patients to other tenants in exchange for a referral fee or being able to send a bogus dental bill to Medi-Cal or insurance companies?

Orly Taitz, Discredited Obama Birther Lawyer, Now MedPot Activist?
Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 1:27 p.m. By Nick Schou

An interesting news story came out of Costa Mesa yesterday, where a medical marijuana activist was arrested in front of Mother's Market. The activist, Deborah Tharp, was attempting to gather signatures for a proposed ballot initiative that would demand Costa Mesa city officials end their crackdown on marijuana dispensaries. Tharp had been ordered to leave, and when she refused, police arrested her for trespassing.

Here's the interesting part: for reasons that remain unclear, Tharp retained as her attorney none other than Orly Taitz, the wacky and pretty much completely discredited lawyer who keeps trying to prove President Barack Obama was born in Kenya.

In an interview with the Daily Pilot, which broke news of Thorpe's arrest yesterday, Taitz did a decent job of not sounding as completely insane as usual. She's already flushed her legal career and credibility down the toilet. "This was just intimidation and harassment of a journalist there to gather petitions," Taitz, who apparently doesn't understand the difference between journalism and signature gathering, said. "Miss Tharp did not commit any crime. If Mother's Market did not want her gathering signatures, they could've filed a civil matter."

Patrick failed to appear for his summons. They haven't cited him yet for failure to appear. Apparently Common Law Courts are slower than the 9th, and Wingate.

It's over (again). The district court has affirmed the bankruptcy court's refusal to re-open David Johnson, D.C.'s bankruptcy on the grounds of "fraud" cooked up asserted by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. (See below.)

I fully expect a 9th Circuit appeal. And then a petition for a writ of certaki. (That writ is unique only to Taitz.)

Her reply brief, while deficient in overcoming hearsay and foundational issues, looked like something a real lawyer submitted (she must have hired a BK para legal). But she cited a 2016 case (In re Consolidated Freightways Bankruptcy) where the BK and district courts refused to re-open a long dead [2002] bankruptcy. She cited that case as precedent for re-opening.

Fun fact: My firm represented Consolidated Freightways for 15 years, right into CF's bankruptcy. Glad we could be of service, Orly.

That order was a fun read as I just litigated a similar case, almost as stupid.

Orly could not resist accusing the Chapter 7 trustee of being involved in a vast conspiracy
In MDD’s view, panel trustee Weneta Kosmala either colluded with Dr. Johnson and his attorney
to defraud MDD and the other creditors
or, alternatively, failed to conduct any due diligence and
let a valuable asset (namely, the alleged value of Dr. Johnson’s chiropractic practice) slip away
without appropriating its value for the estate’s benefit.
