Based in part on this Complaint to the State Bar of California and her continually seditious, un-american and unprofessional behavior,

IN RE: ORLY TAITZ

STATE BAR NO. 223433

[/break1]the-peoples-forum.com/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=11105]http://www.the-peoples-forum.com/cgi-bi ... tNum=11105

Orly Taitz has been disbarred! At last the Bar did what millions of Americans wanted, an end to the waste of money and manpower Orly Taitz has required.

The California Bar makes me think of Congress - sitting there, collecting whatever, being part of the problem rather than a solution.

From the Orlando Sentinel, on Florida Supreme Court disciplinary orders on Florida attorneys (no, Kkklayman not there):

Michael Udowychenko, 3282 Greenwald Way N., Kissimmee, to receive a public reprimand on an Aug. 21 court order. On three separate occasions in court, Udowychenko’s behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful. In one instance he filed motions alleging fraud on the court. He also filed a recusal motion in court alleging potential collusion between a judge and co-counsel. (Case No. SC13-2234)

He should move to California. He may be nominated for Lawyer of the Year.

Always looking for disbarments where the lawyer didn't steal from a client or commit a felony:

DISBARMENTS

On Oct. 2, 2104, Charles C. Davis

[#05465900], 62, of Argyle, was disbarred.

An evidentiary panel of the

District 14 Grievance Committee

found that

[hlyellow]

Davis brought a proceeding,

asserted an issue, or controverted an

issue affecting the complainants that

was frivolous.

[/hlyellow]

In addition, the panel

found that

[hlyellow]

Davis took positions that

unreasonably increased the costs or

other burdens of the case or that unreasonably

delayed the resolution of the

matter. Furthermore, Davis knowingly

made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal. Davis engaged in

conduct involving dishonesty, fraud,

deceit, or misrepresentation

[/hlyellow]

.

Davis violated Rules 3.01, 3.02,

3.03(a)(1), and 8.04(a)(3).

Davis has until Dec. 31, 2014, to

file an appeal.

Oh, look, the State Bar of California does exist, and it's at war!!! So says the LA Times: http://www.latimes.com/local/california ... tml#page=1

The agency that regulates California's lawyers is once again beset with conflict, riddled by accusations involving expense accounts and ethics.

The turmoil became public last month when the board of the State Bar of California fired its executive director, Joe Dunn, a former state senator from Orange County.

The acrimony threatens to further diminish the reputation of the bar, an arm of the California Supreme Court that oversees nearly 250,000 lawyers and is charged with rooting out corrupt attorneys and upholding high moral standards. =))

Some lawyers and lawmakers have long criticized the bar as bloated, political and lenient on errant lawyers. =D> Upheaval in the 1990s almost led to the organization's demise, and there have been various efforts to make it less a trade organization and more a regulatory agency.

"The bar is just further descending into a banana republic," said Golden Gate University law professor Peter Keane, who tried unsuccessfully decades ago to overhaul the association. "It is totally dysfunctional and should be unraveled."

:snip:

Shortly before Dunn was fired, he filed an anonymous "whistle-blower" complaint alleging, among other things, that a bar official was manipulating records to hide a huge backlog in untended complaints against lawyers. Dunn later identified himself as the whistle-blower and said he was fired in retaliation for the complaint.

As far as I can tell, the only reputation that the California Bar needs to worry about is what kind of drinks it sells. It looks to be a fairly nice watering hole by the pics.

Cal. Bar J.: Lawyer gets reprimand for false bribery charge against Yolo County judge:In a first-of-its-kind case, a Northern California lawyer has been reprimanded for making false statements about a judge during his campaign to unseat him.On Feb. 5, the Review Department of the State Bar Court publicly reproved Clint Edward Parish, 43, [bar #211982] for falsely accusing his opponent in a June 2012 judicial campaign of being involved in a bribery and corporate fraud scheme. In finding Parish culpable of violating rule 1-700 of the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the three-judge review panel concluded he made accusations against sitting Yolo County Superior Court Judge Daniel Maguire “with reckless disregard for the truth.” In doing so, the panel disagreed with a hearing judge’s recommendation that Parish receive a lesser order of admonition.“Instead, we find Parish’s reckless statement implicating a judge with bribery requires public discipline to maintain the integrity of the legal profession and to preserve public confidence in the impartiality of the judiciary,” the panel wrote.* * *Among other dubious claims, one of the mailers accused Maguire of being involved in a “sordid case of corporate fraud that involved the payment of bribes in Russia.” The court said Parish could have easily determined the claim false before sending the mailer. As a result of his misstep, Parish’s key supporters withdrew support for his campaign, and Parish stopped actively campaigning and fundraising. He was solidly defeated, receiving only 23 percent of the vote.Maybe the bar will take notice of Taitz if she decides to run for judge?

It's hard for me to take the California bar seriously, when they'll license an Orly Taitz or Kendrick Moxon (Scientologist and unindicted co-conspirator in the Operation Snow White conspiracy along with L. Ron Hubbard).

I'm sure there are good people licensed by the CA bar, but geesh, it get outweighed by these winners.

Change.org: Disbar Matthew Gregory McLaughlin - #198329:Matthew G. McLaughlin wants to legalize the murder of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people in California. Specifically, he wants a law to require that LGBT people be shot in the head,He has submitted this murderous idea to the Attorney General's office for certification as a ballot measure.* * *It is disturbing and outrageous that a lawyer admitted to the California State Bar would disgrace the profession and the state. This immoral individual is unfit to practice law. He should be immediately be barred from practicing law in California.

That was nothing short of amazing. Someone should file a counter measure entitled the "Idiots Euthanasia Act" that requires that anyone who signs that petition be put out of their misery, or at least required to take their meds.
