Karen Fann has been getting crankier and crankier everyday.

Fann knows she destroyed her own political career by playing both sides of her own party. She hasn't gotten away with her defense for starting this; "well, people had questions!" CN fucked with her, the Senate, and her constituents. More and more evidence is being released about the Senate's inability to write any meaningful contract with CN. CN embarrassed the Senate. There's nothing Fann can do about that.

But now the legal consequences are feeling very real, because they are very real. Fann has a few options: write another sternly written but meaningless letter to CN AND Doug Logan*, sue CN AND Logan, or beg a judge to understand her predicament and have mercy on her.

Fann's only real option is to sue CN AND Doug Logan, and beg the court to give her more time.

Will that work? I don't know.

*IIRC, Fann wrote letters to CN, not CN and Logan both.

Wouldn't that suit have to be filed in federal district court?

Logan is in Florida, afterall.

And would it be AG Brnovich filing the case?

What a journey.

I was employed with a prestigious position. Now I'm not.

I used to be able to practice law. But now I can't because I'm too controversial to help prospective clients in a court of law.

I used to be solicited to write letters of recommendation for students wanting to attend law school. Not any more.

I used to be able to fly commercially without a care. Now I am routinely stranded at airports, or can't get on flights without great difficulty.

Why am I concerned about the integrity of the 2020 audit process?

Doug Logan and CyberNinjas.

The America Project.

Patrick Byrne admitted publicly that The America Project paid Logan and his company, CyberNinjas at least $5M for the Arizona audit at a time when Patrick felt that Logan and his firm were not qualified to conduct the full forensic audit.

Does that make any sense to you that someone would spend $5M with a firm that they felt could not get the job done?

Is that a fair, legal, and ethical use of the substantial monies solicited and received from donors to The America Project?

The America Project should immediately conduct an internal audit by an outside CPA firm and release the findings of the audit to the public without delay.

How much money was raised? Who donated? How was the money spent and who received it?

By the way, why was Arizona selected to be the first state audited? Who made that decision? Did better options exist in terms of other states?

We The People must demand full transparency and settle for nothing less.

Since Patrick Byrne seems to be obsessed of late with publishing propaganda videos related to me, today strikes me as a good day to re-visit the TRUTH of Patrick’s actual words.

I have little time and no enthusiasm for engaging with the likes of Byrne as I have better things to do (like play with my puppies), but in fairness, since he seems intent on attacking or even threatening me, I think I have the right to respond. Surely it is abundantly fair to respond with his own words.

By the way, despite his claims to the contrary, Patrick’s call to me was not to engage my legal services as is easily discerned from his own words.

I don’t really know Patrick. He was a guest at my property in SC for 2 nights in November 2020 when I was told he had offered his private jet to others to fly them to SC.

I do know that I would never do business with the likes of Patrick Byrne. I would never endorse the likes of Vernon Jones either.

PHOENIX — A judge says the Arizona Senate can’t claim legislative privilege to avoid releasing a wide variety of records from the review of the 2020 vote count conducted on behalf of Republican leaders.
The Senate and its lead contractor, Cyber Ninjas, have been battling for months over two public records lawsuits.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah on Tuesday took a narrow view of legislative privilege, saying the Senate may be able to keep secret only the communications of lawmakers discussing future legislation.
Hannah said the Senate can’t plausibly claim a need for secrecy given the amount of information that the Senate has already made public about the ballot review.
Meanwhile, a lawyer for Cyber Ninjas says the company is insolvent and can’t afford to pay attorneys to help it comply with court orders to release public documents.

Just because “Fix2020” is being used as false hope to make us ineffective, does not mean we should give up or stop caring about election integrity or truth!

But please stop believing Trump is coming back! How do you know that’s even God’s will? Stop looking backwards!

We can still make a difference, and God can still choose to intervene if it’s His will to save America or preserve freedom. But we need to leave the grifters and stop placing hope in the unknown.

God gave us the gift of truth! There is no hidden knowledge when it comes to Jesus. We should follow Jesus as a child follows their loving father. By admitting that we know nothing on our own, and also that there is nothing worth knowing outside of Him.

We need to fight for election integrity & medical freedom by NOT complying with the evil. But many of us aren’t willing to do the hard thing. It’s easier to avoid sacrifice and loss by believing someone else will do the hard things for us.

We need to fight for truth by only lending our support to those in our community who we know are genuine and sincere. If we want to change the world we need to all start small in our inner circles and then over time it can have a global impact.

But I don’t foresee us ever creating an effective global impact until we reject the lies.

I will be blunt. At least as a foundation for your hope, reject the following:

Q
Devolution
Trump
Military
Republicans

None of these things should be the foundation of any hope. Whether God chooses to use any of these things for good is up to Him and out of our control. Why do we spend so much time defending these things. Do we think God is dependent on them?

Think smaller, focus on Jesus. Focus on your family and neighbors. Do the right thing every day. Do not comply with things intended for promoting evil. Be willing to sacrifice and experience loss for your convictions.

Prior to Q there was a Truth Movement and it was started by people questioning what we have been told in schools. That movement took off in 2015. When Q came along the majority of people who followed their posts (aside from the plants use to direct discussions ) were the Truthers. People under eatimate the Truthers bc they believe they can still be controlled but they are wrong. That is demonstrated at Trump rallies when he told ppl to get vax’d and he got boo’d. Its also demonstrated when the illegals in cali boo’d Pelosi and called her a liar.

The power of suggestion is a very real world tactic and we all need to be careful what suggestions we believe. I think there are more intelligent ppl in our movement than are in politics or education or in the Q realm. Btw - Yall need to look up Q Methodology. Its a human beahvior reaearch org that studies how to manipulate ppl to agreeing with what they want to push forward and they label ppl - its called Q Sort.
