P&E: What Will Happen if Requested Ford Documentation is Not Provided?:
LEGAL TEAM FACES 10:00 A.M. WEDNESDAY DEADLINE

As The Post & Email reported on Tuesday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley requested the questions and answers from a polygraph test which Judge Brett Kavanaugh accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford reportedly was administered in her attorney’s office in early August, with a deadline of 10:00 AM Wednesday.

* * *

This writer contacted the press secretary of the Senate Judiciary Committee Majority at exactly 10:00 AM and was told by the greeter that he does not know whether or not the requested materials described in Grassley’s letter were supplied. “That was literally 60 seconds ago,” he said, adding that he “only answers phones.” When we asked for a time when the information might become available, he offered to transfer us to the press secretary, [but the] voice mail greeting indicated that it is full and to try back later.
:crazy:
I can translate the receptionist's response. It is "Yo lady, get a life."

USA TODAY: Here's the polygraph test Christine Blasey Ford took on her allegations against Kavanaugh:
An examination taken by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford was released Wednesday, showing she passed a polygraph test over the sexual assault allegations she's lodged against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The August 7 examination, held in a Maryland Hilton Hotel, consisted of a one-page, handwritten statement by Ford, an interview and two questions: Is any part of your statement false? And, Did you make up any part of your statement?

She answered both with a no. The Virginia-based examiner, Jeremiah Hanafin, noted both answers were deemed "not indicative of deception," according to the report obtained by USA TODAY.
Cf. P&E: Is This a Typical Polygraph Test?:
TWO QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES PRESENTED

Fox News has released documentation provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee by attorneys for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, a California woman who accused U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault 36 years ago at a house party.

The documents consist of her written testimony, a cover letter from her law firm, Katz, Marshall & Banks, and the alleged results of a polygraph examination conducted at a Maryland hotel on August 7, 2018.

The polygraph documentation consists of a one-page handwritten letter allegedly signed by Ford containing numerous cross-outs and printed rather than written in cursive. The letter begins, “One high school summer in 80’s…”

Ford reportedly holds a Ph.D. in psychology and is a professor at Palo Alto University.

A summary of an interview said to have been conducted prior to the test mentions the name “Brett Kavanaugh,” while Blasey Ford’s handwritten letter does not.

The synopsis states that Atty. Lisa Banks, who accompanied Ford, “attested to” the “accuracy” of Ford’s written statement.

The summary presents Ford’s alleged narrative as factual.

Only two specific questions or answers asked by the examiner are presented, and the summary is not signed.

On Sunday, Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley had requested “Copies of the results of the polygraph which Dr. Ford has stated was administered to her in early August 2018, as well as the list of questions asked during the administration of that polygraph.”

It is possible that additional questions and answers were provided but not published.

The cover letter from Katz indicates the law firm’s refusal to provide Ford’s medical records, which were apparently requested by committee investigator and attorney Mike Davis.

P&E: U.S. Justice Department Reads Tennessee Prison Accounts:
IS THERE JURISDICTION FOR ACTION?

On Wednesday morning the U.S. Justice Department accessed two articles at The Post & Email about corruption and abuse within Tennessee’s prison system.

The first was published in 2016 and the other just over two months ago, having come from inmate Grenda Ray Harmer, #88710, a frequent writer to this publication and others.

The Post & Email has contacted the Justice Department and the White House about the rampant corruption, physical abuse, and substandard medical care reported to us over more than three years from inmates and their relatives in hundreds of letters and telephone interviews, although not recently.
Reading the P&E is newsworthy!

I suspect someone spoofing the doj site.

P&E: What Did Sheila Jackson Lee Hand to Ford Attorney?:
MICHAEL BROMWICH TAKES ENVELOPE FROM DEMOCRAT CONGRESSWOMAN, PUTS IT IN HIS JACKET POCKET

During a lunch break in the hearing for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford to provide her testimony as to her allegation that US Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when she was 15, a Twitter user posted a seven-second video of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX18) handing one of Ford’s attorneys, Michael Bromwich, and envelope which he placed in his right lapel pocket.

The Twitter user, wade222, asked his audience, “Sheila Jackson Lee what was that?” [sic]
Her lunch order? George Soros' "thanks"? A copy of the Qur'an with key passages underlined? :yawn:

Bonus:
Democrats on the committee are asking their own questions, while the Republicans, which hold a one-person majority, hired experienced ex-crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell of Maricopa County, AZ to ask their questions.
The "editor" of this "newspaper" should be fired.

Some of the absurd conservative sites (weaselzippers, infowars, gatewaypundit, etc) are certain it’s some sort of payoff. As if a US Congresswoman and a high powered lawyer would arrange a payoff in a committee room with double the normal media presence.

Plus they claim it looks suspicious as he pockets the envelope without discussion, and Jackson looks around. Well, there’s a very large man behind her trying to move forward. Plus she clearly says something to Bromwich, who answers. Looks something like “I have some letters from my staff to Dr Ford” “OK, I’ll make sure she gets it.”

But no, it’s dirty money from Soros. Or contains dead baby parts. Or state secrets that couldn’t wait until they got out to the hall. :roll:

Dr. Lonberg wrote:The envelope contained handwritten notes from women in the hallway who could not get into the hearing room. They were written in support of Dr. Ford’s bravery. All you had to do was ask, Ms. Rondeau, but that would have destroyed your conspiracy theory.

Might want to adjust the tin foil hat, not enough blood is flowing to your brain.
Rondeau wrote:The article made no “conspiracy theory” claim; rather, it simply asked a question and referred to the video of the exchange. Did you ask Sheila Jackson Lee’s office what was in the envelope?
If ace reporter Rondeau ever turned off FOX, she might learn that Snopes communicated with Lee's office.

P&E: Ex-Boyfriend’s Letter Contradicts Ford’s Sworn Testimony:
AND WHERE IS THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA?

A letter obtained by Fox News from a former boyfriend of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the first woman to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh last month of sexual misconduct when both were allegedly teenagers, directly contradicts Ford’s statement last Thursday to the Senate Judiciary Committee that she “never” coached anyone on how to take a polygraph test.

* * *

As of press time, the letter was released more than an hour ago, and the only outlets reporting on it are Fox, The Washington Examiner, and this one.
A story so nice, Rondeau wrote it twice: Left-Leaning Media Still Silent on Sworn Statement Contradicting Ford’s Testimony:
ARE THEY SEEKING THE TRUTH, OR DO THEY HAVE AN AGENDA?

As of 11:00 AM EDT Wednesday, the “legacy” media remains silent on a letter released by the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday night from a former long-term, live-in boyfriend of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford which claims that he observed her helping a close friend prepare for a polygraph test, contradicting her sworn testimony in front of the committee last Thursday.

* * *

Outlets which have reported about the letter received by the committee include Heavy.com, The Washington Examiner, Breitbart, The Federalist, National Review, and Fox News, which broke the news of the letter.

P&E: Holder, House Dems Question “Legitimacy” of Supreme Court after Kavanaugh Swearing-In:
BUT SUPPORTED “PRESIDENT” WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS

Following the confirmation and swearing-in of Brett M. Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court on Saturday evening, former putative Attorney General Eric Holder questioned the “legitimacy” of the court as a result of Barack Obama’s nominee failing to receive consideration from the Senate in 2016.

* * *

On April 27, 2011, an image uploaded to the White House website after much pressure from then-business Donald Trump was said to represent Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate from the State of Hawaii. The image was found by numerous experts to be highly questionable, prompting an investigation commissioned by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) ultimately spanning more than five years.

[Usual birther :yankyank: snipped.]
Rondeau returns to her regularly scheduled birfering.

Bonus:
Holder has stated that he “is considering” running for president in 2020. He was born in the Bronx, a borough of New York City, in 1951 to an American-born mother and Barbadian father who arrived in the U.S. at age 11.

P&E: House Intel Committee Chairman: “Criminal Activity and Fraudulent Behavior” by DOJ and FBI:
House Intel Committee Chairman: “Criminal Activity and Fraudulent Behavior” by DOJ and FBI

On today’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” host Maria Bartiromo interviewed House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, who has been spearheading an investigation into the basis for the FBI’s launching of a counterintelligence probe into the 2016 Trump campaign.

Nunes said that a meeting between an attorney from the law firm representing the DNC, Perkins Coie, and then-FBI Chief Counsel James Baker prior to the opening of the Trump-Russia “collusion” investigation, is proof that the FISA court was not informed that the evidence provided by DOJ and FBI officials to obtain a surveillance warrant on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page was a political product.

* * *

Perkins Coie was also deeply involved in the alleged procuring of a “long-form” birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) in April 2011 for then-White House occupant Barack Hussein Obama. The image was found to be a “computer-generated forgery” by a five-year criminal investigation which Congress has never probed.

Comments on some P&E article about the medical care provided in a Tennessee prison:
Rattlerjake wrote:Exactly what was this inmate incarcerated for? He’s been in prison for 16 years, so I’m guessing it wasn’t jaywalking or smoking a joint. Does it make a difference as to how he/she should be treated? Yes and No! If this moron was incarcerated for murder or rape or any other violent crime I have NO SYMPATHY — he should receive the absolute minimum of care. This is not about “love they neighbor” or “do unto others” or love your enemies”, this is about him not receiving the proper punishment for a violent crime – according to God’s law, not man’s stupidity! We have far too many of these violent offenders who should have been executed for their heinous crimes, instead of living off the tax payers.
Rondeau wrote:It is The Post & Email’s policy not to ask an inmate whether or not he (or she) committed a crime. Rather, our articles on inmates and prisons are intended to focus on the government’s pledge to provide adequate healthcare to each person it incarcerates and whether or not that pledge is kept. We additionally note that because of Tennessee’s corrupt grand jury system wherein the foreman is handpicked by the judge, there is no way to actually determine guilt or innocence. The “justice” system is tainted from its inception, resulting in tens of thousands of people throughout the state of Tennessee incarcerated without due process as outlined in the Tennessee Constitution, U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

So in TN the grand jury determines guilt or innocence.
Who knew!!

And those higher court cases that determined the method of picking a grand jury foreman in TN is proper?
pffffffft

Ob. P&E: Are There Similarities between Warren’s DNA Test and Obama’s Birth Certificate?:
WHY LEGITIMIZE THE ILLEGITIMATE?

On Tuesday evening’s edition of “The Five,” co-host Jesse Watters compared the results of Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s recent DNA test to Barack Hussein Obama’s embracing of a “birth certificate,” which Watters said never would have occurred had the document not been authentic.

His comments begin at 3:10 in a video reproduction of the show and belie the fact that a 5+-year criminal investigation showed, with concurrence by two outside and unrelated forensic experts, that the birth certificate image posted at whitehouse.gov bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama II” on April 27, 2011 is a “computer-generated forgery.”

* * *

While the Obama birth certificate investigation was ongoing, then-Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, who commissioned it via his volunteer “Cold Case Posse,” termed the fraudulent document an issue of “national security” and called upon Congress to investigate. However, neither the people’s elected representatives, the FBI nor the U.S. Justice Department indicated any interest in discovering why a forgery was posted “with the intent to deceive.”

Since the Arpaio probe ended in December 2016, lead investigator Mike Zullo has strongly intimated that Obama’s CIA Director, John O. Brennan, was involved in seeing that the fraudulent image was uploaded to the White House website.

P&E: Record Number of Government Readers on Thursday:
TOPICS: OBAMA BIRTHPLACE, ELIGIBILITY; LISA PAGE; OTHERS

According to an informal review of our daily statistics,[*] a record number of government agencies have accessed The Post & Email’s articles today.

Readers include the FBI, the U.S. Justice Department, U.S. Courts, two state governments, and a town government department.

An entry for “US Courts” indicates that the employee was reading a 2009 article about U.S. District Court Judge Jerome B. Simandle of the District of New Jersey, who was at the time presiding over the case of Kerchner v. Obama & Congress, et al, filed by Atty. Mario Apuzzo on behalf of CDR Charles F. Kerchner, Jr. (Ret) and two other plaintiffs challenging Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president.

* * *

An employee at the U.S. Justice Department was reading [a 2011] article we wrote approximately three weeks after the release of the long-form image highlighting a claim made by Dr. Jerome Corsi, previously of WND, that Obama was “born in Kenya.”

* * *

The FBI accessed an article we wrote in July which reported, based on public reports, that former FBI Counsel Lisa Page provided private testimony to members of Congress for a period of four hours concerning the Bureau’s involvement in the Hillary Clinton private email server investigation and the counterintelligence operation into Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

* * *

The Monroe County, TN Finance Department, a returning reader, accessed an article about missionary George Raudenbush, who was imprisoned in 2011 after being denied an attorney by then-Judge Carroll Lee Ross of Tennessee’s Tenth Judicial District. Freed on appeal, Raudenbush was retried, convicted on all charges a second time, but sentenced to no additional prison time by Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.

* * *

The States of Utah and North Carolina also visited on Thursday.
Nothing like reading about who's reading the P&E. :yankyank:

* As compared to the formal review. :roll:
