P&E: Is Adam Schiff a “Birther”?

No; continuing:
CITES TRUMP FOR “LIES ABOUT OBAMA’S BIRTH”

On Monday afternoon, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA28) berated the president on Twitter for what he termed his propagation of “conspiracy theories” originating “from the darkest corners of the Internet” and promoted from “the Oval Office.”

The conspiracy theories, Schiff said, include “Lies about Obama’s birth, JFK’s death, or now, that the Clintons are responsible for murder…”

On Saturday, following the NYPD’s declaration that convicted sex offender and newly-accused child-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein died while in a federal Manhattan prison, Trump retweeted a video from “conservative” commentator Terrence K. Williams in which Williams asked the questions, “Died of SUICIDE on 24/7 SUICIDE WATCH ? Yeah right! How does that happen” [sic].

* * *

On Saturday CNN took note of Trump’s retweet of Williams’s commentary . . . .

As to the claim that Trump has “lied” about Barack Hussein Obama’s “birth,” Schiff did not clarify whether or not he was referring to Trump’s having questioned Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president in 2011 and his demand that the White House release Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate to prove his claim to a birth in Hawaii, or Trump’s September 2016 public statement that “President Barack Obama was born in the United States, period.”

On Tuesday morning, The Post & Email therefore tweeted the question, “So did Trump lie when he said, ‘President Barack Obama was born in the United States, period’?” with a link to a “News12” article containing the quote made at a Trump-campaign press conference.

[Usual birther :yankyank: snipped.]

At the close of the investigation in December 2016, Arpaio pledged to provide the totality of the evidence Zullo compiled to federal authorities. It is unknown as of this writing whether or not those authorities have launched their own investigation.
"Any day now."

And Rondeau's tweets are newsworthy!

Oh noes, Rharon and the august Post and Email is allegedly being plagiarized by China! Press time was 11:16pm EDT last night, burning the midnight oil to bring us such valuable and important news! Such dedication.

Clearly that means they are over the target /birther

Article 1:

The Post & Email is Plagiarized :panic:
On Wednesday, August 14, 2019 7 Comments
BYLINES REMOVED, CONTENT REPRODUCED IN FULL WITHOUT PERMISSION OR ATTRIBUTION
by Sharon Rondeau

https://hothealthblog.com/

(Aug. 14, 2019) — While conducting research for an article on Wednesday, The Post & Email’s editor discovered her work, and that of her editorial contributors, reproduced in its entirety on a website titled, “HOTHEALTHBLOG” without attribution. The url for the website is https://hothealthblog.com/.

We immediately recognized our original reports reproduced without our permission, a link back to each article at The Post & Email, and with our byline consistently removed. The same treatment was applied to columns written by our editorial writers including Linda Goudsmit, Viv Forbes, OPOVV, Ron Ewart, Howard Hutchins, and Jeff Crouere, among others.

Hutchins’s latest column, published late on Wednesday evening, appears at the top of the blog’s list of postings, even after we sent a message through the website’s contact portal asking for attribution and backlinks to be added or all of our content removed. The blog’s home page contains, in backward chronological, vertical order, all of our published articles, with no credit given to The Post & Email in violation of U.S. copyright law.

In the site’s “About Us” section, the owner states its “Vision” as “To be the Best Media platform with up-to-date and innovative news that create impact and is genuine at all times, backed by excellent service delivery, highly motivated human capital and latest technology.” As for its staff, it states: Our relentless Team is made up of talented and visionary individuals with high integrity, with core values of promoting equity and fairness via excellence in media content delivery.

In our message to the website owner, we not only asked for attribution and a link to each article at The Post & Email, but we also stated that there are “legal ramifications” for his/her plagiarism of our copyrighted articles.
***
As of press time Wednesday night (11:16 p.m. EDT), we have received no response to our request from the blog owner. Should he/she fail to comply with our request, we plan to take appropriate legal action.

Article 2 Update 1:
Website Plagiarizing The Post & Email Publishes our Article Reporting its Wrongdoing
On Thursday, August 15, 2019 No Comment
by Sharon Rondeau

(Aug. 15, 2019) — As reported in a comment early Thursday morning by reader Robert Laity, the website “hothealthblog.com,” which appears to be publishing all of our original and editorial work through an automatic feed, posted our article published late Wednesday evening reporting its plagiarism of our content.

The website purports to publish “high quality online news and digital media service that is reliable and impact positively on our Readers/Clients and society and for promoting knowledge, political stability and economic prosperity” but uses The Post & Email’s content, without bylines or attribution, to do so.

On Wednesday, we contacted the blog owner(s) to ask for either attribution and backlinks to our work or an immediate removal of all of our articles.

Interestingly, when the blog reproduced our article citing its plagiarism, it removed the URL to its website from our second paragraph.

Looks like the whole staff has been called in, there's a 3rd update already. Article 3 Update 2
Update on Plagiarizing Website
On Thursday, August 15, 20191 Comment
by Sharon Rondeau

(Aug. 15, 2019) — As The Post & Email reported late Wednesday night and Thursday morning, a website dubbing itself “hothealthblog.com” is reproducing, without attribution, backlinks or author bylines, what appears to be all of our published material.

This writer discovered the transgression on Wednesday while conducting research for an unrelated project.

After investigating the website’s registration information, we found that its domain name is registered with GoDaddy. Upon calling GoDaddy early Thursday morning, a representative confirmed that the company does, in fact, hold the domain registration, but that it is unable to address claims of copyright infringement. She therefore recommended that we complete an abuse form with GoDaddy but also contact Cloudflare, indicated to be the site’s “name server.”

We called Cloudflare, whose phone messaging system said it does not accept “Abuse” reports by voice and referred us to an online form.

The report was difficult to complete and submit given that after multiple attempts, we found it accepted only one “infringing” URL even though multiple URLs appear to be within the scope of an abuse complaint.

At long last, our form was accepted and we received the following acknowledgment:
https://www.thepostemail.com/2019/08/15 ... g-website/

Of course, she contacted the wrong company.

Here's what's funny, the site, https://hothealthblog.com/ seems to have all crazy conspiracy theories. The first story today is

Trump to Blame for Dinosaur Extinction in the Mesozoic Period (RR)

Norton threw a warning, it says it's a new site... So of course all the birfers are going there unprotected I reckon. Is this a Chinese intelligence operation? The P&E may be in deep and they wouldn't know a phishing email if they saw it. Looks interesting. :smoking:

The scammers and spammers behind that sight will certainly change their ways due to Rharon's threats. She is no doubt aware that they use bots to pull stuff like this in order to steer the unware into their scam. I suspect targeting birthers and Quidiots must be the scam version of low hanging fruit.

AND REPORT ITS OWN PLAGIARISM!
by Sharon Rondeau

(Aug. 16, 2019) — The website, apparently originating in China, which we discovered on Wednesday is plagiarizing all of our work continues to do so even after complaints were filed with GoDaddy, as the domain registrar, and Cloudfare, as a proxy company which pledged to take appropriate action on the matter. [Via the autoreply she got? Hilarious.]

On Thursday afternoon, a response from GoDaddy stated that as the domain registrar, the company is unable to take action on the infringement.

Within approximately 30 to 60 minutes of our publishing a new article, HotHealthBlog.com reproduces it, removes the byline, and fails to place a link back to the original source at The Post & Email.

As we reported Thursday, Cloudflare states it is a “content distribution network” and not the website’s hosting company.

There's no T&C and no place to notify except online contact forms. Bet they aren't too responsive. Remember when I thought they were aggregating because the story was Donald was responsible for Dinosaur extinction? Turns out, it was a P&E OpEd. SMH. Anyway, here's how the home page looks (better layout than the mess Rharon has now, needs a color makeover except for Thanksgiving):

Maybe Fogbow should advertise! Foggy what do you think?

It would be pretty funny if in a momth HotHealthBlog had more viewers than the P&E  :-

P&E: Fox News Channel Checks Out “Birth Certificate” Coverage:
FEATURING ITS OWN!

Shortly after 5:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, a reader with a “Fox News Channel” identification was reading two of our articles on the Obama “birth certificate” issue involving FNC on-air personalities.

The articles date back to February 2018 and were published one day apart.

The article published first, which the reader accessed second, is titled “FNC’s Jesse Watters Says ‘the Birth Certificate’ is an Obama-Era Scandal” in an apparent acknowledgement of the questions surrounding an image published at the White House website on April 27, 2011 said to represent Barack Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate but found by a five-year criminal investigation to be a “computer-generated forgery.”

The following day, The Post & Email noted that as another discussion of Obama’s claim that his administration was free of scandals unfolded on the 5:00 p.m. ET show “The Five,” co-host Watters “said, looking at the camera and then at Gutfeld, ‘I think you glossed over a pretty big Obama scandal, Greg: the birth certificate.’”
FOX reading about its own "reporting" is newsworthy!

Recall that at the last birth-certificate presser, Mike Zullo revealed the nine points of forgery and the two forensic analysts’ concurring opinions on the findings. That was “universe-shattering” to me, and the media’s silence on the presser was palpable.

Information from the thumb drives Montgomery gave to the MCSO was verified as “real,” although its origin cannot be determined. Zullo has said that Montgomery has some information and can put people and places together in an historical timeline; he just doesn’t know with certainty Montgomery’s role. According to Zullo, Montgomery analyzed the birth-certificate image and identified discrepancies which were verified by others.

Bob68 Friday, August 23, 2019 at 8:08 AM
Now I understand why the never ending delays in releasing the “universe shattering” information I and many others were so eagerly awaiting….but never happened. This also makes it easier for the defenders of Obama to discredit the birth certificate information released by the Arpaio investigation, even though there is no direct relationship.
One more Freedom Friday with Carl Gallups and Mike Zullo needs to happen to explain, among other things, what exactly was the “verified” information gotten from Dennis Montgomery? Was it just a few addresses and phone numbers I could have looked up on the internet or something actually useful?
It’s easier to believe something is true when I want it to be true, but if nothing else the last 12 years on the subject of The Obama Fraud has reaffirmed the need to remain skeptical in an age when manipulation of the truth is common and whoever has the most money, best lawyers and controls the majority of the media almost always wins. Fake News exist and the average American may feel powerless to ever know the absolute truth, and just go with whatever they want to believe and/or whatever is repeated the most…or maybe just tune it all out…………

One reason the media ignored Zullo’s last presser is that it was nothing more than a YouTube video with no questions allowed. The evidence was unconvincing and no forensic evidence was released that supported his conclusions.

If Zullo knew Montgomery was feeding them nothing why did he go on Gallup’s show week after week and let Carl blubber incessantly about universe shattering evidence?
