In a rare interview since leaving office, Donald Trump admitted this week that before he became commander-in-chief, he assumed most of the president’s power didn’t actually come from the president.
“I have never realized how important, frankly—and it is a horrible thing to say—how important a president, the head of this country is,” Trump told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Tuesday night. “I thought it would maybe run through bureaucracy, it doesn’t. You need somebody up there that they are going to respect.”

Re: But he didn't know the territory
A assume the context of that statement was "They respected MEEEEEE! They dont respect the other guy. Me good, Biden bad. LOOOOVE MEEEEE!!"
"Also they didn't Respect Cuomo even though he beat ne in ratings I mean she didn't beat me in ratings they tuned in to SEE ME and listen to MEEEE and respect MEEEE and LOVE ME!!!"

Well except for the fact that I end up reciting the opening of The Music Man (Rock Island) over and over and over again in my head. It does not help that I have been in it and directed it in the past.
