She has plenty of time to sort this out, what with the REEEEKO, the hearing in IN, the WTF on the same day in CA, keeping up with her bifurcated and consolidated piles of poo all around the country, complaining that she didn't get the Nobel... tickety tock, Orly!

Do we need another tick-tock snail crawling toward the deadline of the MDL? She has trouble serving one person much less that long list.....and so many details they want. Some of those plaintiffs seemed to disappeared into the ether.

Easy Peasy, Mark. It will simply end at pg. 20. She can then file more suits, 20 pages at a time, to get it all in. See?

Easy Peasy, Mark. It will simply end at pg. 20. She can then file more suits, 20 pages at a time, to get it all in. See? :mrgreen:I still think that the better idea is for Orly to submit pages 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 43, 46, 49, and 53. Then, when the clerk states that the major deficiency is that her brief is incomprehensible as submitted, she can correct the record by submitting the missing pages.

Wasn't doneDoes the case go away then, or does she get another shot at fixing it? Plus, is Santa Ana on top of its docket, are could it just be behind in docketing?

I'm guessing the petition gets dismissed at some point and she has to start over.
