So this moron is not only a birfer, not only completely ignorant of the standards for granting injunctive relief, but is also completely ignorant of the concept of "prior restraint," which would categorically prohibit such an injunction. But he does appear willing to pay for an education via future cycles of frivolous lawsuits and sanctions.

We will either find a judge that is willing to follow the law, or we will further demonstrate the corruption of our judicial branch.Given enough time, he could demonstrate the corruption of every single judge in this great land of ours. :-bd

AZ - 2012-11-12 - (Appeal - Ninth Circuit) - LLF v DNC - [link]Agreed Motion to Dismiss Appeal,[/link]Unlike Taitz, Irion can learn!

Between the obvious mootness and his huge sanction in Tennessee, Irion knows it is time to get out.

Is it possible that he and his clients got one of those "If you do not withdraw from this appeal, we are going to ask the judge to find this and all pleadings connected to it frivolous. We will ask for sanctions up to and including all the assets of LLF. Also, an agreement that no similar pleadings will burden these defendants and the courts in future." Or something in that spirit.

Not so sure it would have included "all the assets of LLF", though. This sounds like a simple agree-to-flee deal to me.The game really is played differently when you have to buy your own chips.

Kreep is a very lucky man to avoid the fallout from his shenanigans. At least he has a day job.

We do not know what all of the settlement terms were, however.
