I don't know. The statutes and rules listed in the complaint are presented in such a mishmash of numbers that I had a hard time tracking all of them down (it got easier when I stopped restricting my search to the Hawaii Revised Statutes). Everything that she referred to can be found linked on a single webpage that turns up as the top hit for a search for "Hawaii Election Laws". Given the rampant mis-citations, the utter hopelessness of accomplishing her goal through those means, and the ease of conducting the search, I think the whole thing is just incompetent enough to be Orly's work product.Fair enough. I'd still look to a flying monkey whenever Orly actually does something ineffectual, instead of just ineffectually screeching. She is relying upon the outstanding research of MichaelN and Pam Barnett these days. The Barnett connection would explain the disjointed mish- mash.

Among all the -xx stuff in here, perhaps my personal favorite is asking the State of Hawaii's Chief Elections Officer to get the feds to hand over immigration, naturalization and passport records and the Social Security application.

Brilliant end-run here, Orly.

Pity Timothy Adams isn't still "Chief Hawaii Elections Emperor" and handling that request. He could have signed an affidavit that he'd just been on the phone to an unidentified person somewhere who told him that another unidentified person on another phone somewhere else had said that there aren't any immigration, naturalization and passport records or a Social Security application

The look on Orlana's phiz is freaking me out a little. Smug, defiant, evil smirk. On teh other hand...I'm betting that her black lawyer suit smells vaguely of a Lipton cup o' soup. And feet.

On her web site, she says they are her HI plaintiffs. My guess is they are HI resident Ron Wong and NH State Representative Larry Rappaport. [/break1]gencourt.state.nh.us/house/members/member.aspx?member=376854]http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/house/m ... ber=376854Do you suppose she thought she was going to argue something about her ballot challenge during Wednesday's hearing? ](*,)
