Well, he didn't exactly say "jurisdiction". I read his reply as much broader than addressing jurisdiction. But if Orly chooses to limit the issue to "jurisdiction" on appeal, I'm fine with that.Kudos to Mr. Nago for discerning any proposed rule in that pile of poo. Will a new kooksoot against Mr. Nago be in the cards?

A most excellent letter, Scottie. HI sends Orly a FOAD letter:MORE STONEWALLING FROM HII received a letter from Scott Nago, Chief Elections officer of HI, claiming no jurisdiction, while in reality he not only has jurisdiction, but also a duty to address the petition and hold a public hearing.[/break1]orlytaitzesq.com/?p=28665]http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=28665Well then, Your Lady Libertyship, if he had a mandatory duty to address your petition and hold a hearing, then you shouldn't have any difficulty getting a 'mandemus' from some court or another.

They sent her a 20-word reply. Gotta love it.

Mr. Nago obviously has been ordered by President Obama to get this handled prior to the island vacation. The president will have to focus on Orly's upcoming hearing while he's in Hawai'i.

Summarily rejecting the request is not "stonewalling."

Summarily rejecting the request is not "stonewalling."Rejecting it in 3 days when the statute allows for 30 is the opposite of "stonewalling".

You both have a point. Maybe if I tried to think less like a rational person and more Iike Orly...ow. Never mind.I think you have to take massive dosages of extremely powerful experimental psychotropic drugs for a long period of time before any sane and rational individual like yourself could even begin to approach "Orly think".

I don't think Orly has to worry. That "Scott Nago" letter is not only a forgery, it's a bad forgery.

Obama now delaying 3 week trip to Hawaii. [Uhhh]might[/url].] Says because there is no tax deal. In reality it probably means the planted microfiche birth certificate is ready for public viewing….xxx-http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=28731#comments
