All I see is one misc. order in a pending case on the SCOTUS orders page. The stunner isn't looking to good right now. ;)

Since "No Cert Monday" is also Lundi Gras ("Fat Monday") how about cheese omelets with some of that decadent lipid-laden Hash Brown Casserole that Cracker Barrel serves?

You've forgotten the most important part of a Mardi/Lundi Gras brunch - the booze! Bloody Marys (or Bloody Caesars for the Canadian contingent), gin fizzes, mimosas, bellinis, and most importantly sazaracs should be in abundance. It will be an open bar, won't it?

Y'all know this means it is "No Cert Monday".In my religion, we celebrate "No Cert Friday" on the day of the conference, and then "Cert Denied Monday" when the order appears.
