A highly redacted letter, allegedly from a federal judge to Vogt.

I do not dismiss the allegations you make as untrue with regard to the existence of the misprision of felony statute.

Or something.

More than half of the body of that letter is redacted. Vogt seems to have a lot to hide. ;) I suspect that the next word after "untrue" is "but". "Good luck!" seems like a very strange thing for a judge to write in this context. :-k Perhaps it was meant sarcastically? If the letter promised to submit Vogt's nonsense to a real grand jury why redact that part which is the most significant part? :-k :-k

Also, why hide the name of the judge? Perhaps the letter was only signed by the court clerk?

The letter appears to have been faxed(?) at 10:46 PM which seems an odd time for a district court clerk to be working.

The phase "very impressed" is ambiguous. One can be very impressed in a negative way. That entire first sentence (or sentence fragment) seems rather informal for a letter from a Federal court (not that I have much experience of those). Would it not be usual to refer to the date of the letter that the judge received as is usual in business letter replies?

Haven't had a chance yet to see if the letter PDF has layers. ;)

Exactly. I'm sure the redacted part was a (very polite) FOAD.

I assume Vogt faxed it to Sibley at the late hour.

Oh, so the PDF that was posted was not made from the original letter but from a faxed (ie, electronically manipulated) copy? Very suspicious. ;)

I can make out one word in that redacted bit following "untrue". The word I can make out is "improper". :-k

Wow. The guy that redacted that letter to make it seem like it was a genuine supporters letter did about as good a job as the guy who faked both of Obama's Birth certs. :-bd

And to prevent Orly Taitz from finding out the judge's name. If this judge actually did say something birfer-friendly, the name will come out sooner or later and Orly Taitz will see to it that he/she regrets flirting with birfers.

My guess?

There was one interview in which Douggie stridently asserted that there was no such thing as a scanner which could email the scanned PDF. Hmmm, that's funny, I do that with my Epson printer/scanner/copier all the time. Mebbe he's not as much of a scanning machines expert as he thinks?

The so-called scanner expert is not only completely clueless about basic "scan to mail" functionality but is also utterly unaware that this feature has been the target of a big patent troll for several years.

Did Vogt receive this by USPS with a postage meter mark? Is the letter on 20 lb. paper that is watermarked? Can he feel the raised letterhead?

I smell a hoax.

I believe that I detected that 43 different typewriters were used to make that letter. [-X

And even if he says that all those things are legitimate, we're certainly not bound to believe him until he presents the wet-signed orginal to each and every Fogbowzian for physical examination and scrutiny.

Let's pretend that what the kilted blunder and Dougie are saying is true ... I know that is a huge stretch. Any US Attorney that sees Doug's moronic daffydavits will know immediately that he is dealing with a kook.
