Hi SueDB

I am sorry but I cannot contribute to your fund but I am a bit strapped as well. I was just about to return to work when bango my cancer returned again. It was very discouraging as I was told that I was "cured".

Personally I tried MJ as a young person and did not like it at all. But, I got a perscription when I got cancer and tried it again, no dice. I agree that it is a shame that it is politicized as everyone should have a choice about whether or not to use it.

I am thinking of you and your wife.

That's a great look, actually. Hair is overrated.

I loved the picture of three generations of handsome SueDB's. Made my evening.

Thanks for the cheer!
Funny thing though - it wasn't the top of my head where I started to lose and so far have lost the most hair...... I'll leave to your imagination.

Hi SueDB.

Thanks for the update and the description of the horrendous ordeal you are experiencing. We've all been worrying about you, thinking about you, fervently hoping for the best for you and Mrs. SueDB.

Plus, also, too, TFB just ain't the same without your snarky presence. Miss you. Hang in there!

For those that don't know it, "GFR" stands for glomerular filtration rate, the amount of filtrate (all the small stuff in your blood -- basically plasma) that is going from the glomerulus to the nephron. Harold Layton, my advisor at Duke, used to say that your kidney throws the baby out with the bath water then takes back the baby. I did my thesis research on the coupling of oscillations arising from tubuloglomerular feedback and seeing the TLA GFR brings back memories.

Hang in there Sue! I'm with Foggy, your job is to get through this. When I get a second, I'll explain to you how I intend to give you a hand in beating this thing if you can hold on long enough (or if Phoogie can get the consardit TARDIS working... never should have let :sterngard: go for a joyride).

I gave a talk about it to a software conference on May 22nd titled "Creating Custom Cancer Care with Coding". The technology to have your back is coming -- if not from me, from someone else -- you've just got to hold on until it gets here!

Star Treks Borg are really trading up in their victims these days.

Or maybe its Dr Who's Cybermen.

I wonder if I could join one of those suits where our/your out years after you win. The one where They did mentioned that there would be the a possibillity of "SOFT Cancer in the early teen years.

Crohn's disease patients are known to have a higher risk of lymphoma irrespective of infliximab use; in the registry, the standardized incidence ratio (SIR) for lymphoma was 2.25 (95% CI 1.03 to 4.27). ... On the other hand, the SIR for breast cancer in registry patients was 0.55 (95% CI 0.27 to 0.98).Nov 2, 2011

It didn't seem to me that any of the "Hard Cancers" such as lung cancer etc. are showing up.

From our legal eagles/beagles.... Just how such a suit come together? Is it worthwild

And any chances of success???? on the legal front?

Or Have i been watching too many Ronnie Deuctch (fp) commercials$$$$$$$/ or John Ravolta/ :?: :?: :?: :?:
