I'm in love with Charles. :daydream:

Her best photo is 2143--Da Pony is nicely collected there and shows impulse  .

Was this for a 3 day event?

They both look good, and she is braver than I am, wearing white breeches!

A local schooling show, her first show on this horse ("Pete"). Took the blue ribbon home.

That was the first time I met him. He's a sweetie. Even when I didn't have treats in my pockets ;)

Some serious eventing training is in the future for both of them this winter.

Horse whisperers sell these balls too as a training tool. Princess never got into it. She responded like my sweet, recently deceased Sugar dog- You want ME to get that?

We had a camp dog who had very short games of fetch. You toss the stick, he runs after it and then sits and chews the stick for awhile. Game over.

My Maggie was the sweetest doggie ever. I bought her a tug toy one time. I held onto it and I finally got her to take it into her mouth, but as soon as I tugged on it, she would just let me have it. Too sweet. Her favorite playmate was my neighbor's kitten. We would let the two of them play in my fenced in back yard and it was the cutest thing to watch my 48 lb dog playing with that tiny little kitten. She was so gentle and sweet with her little playmate. :lovestruck:

I suppose since this is a farm animal page, I should include a chicken pic from my trip to the Northland.

Nope, it is not mine. It is one of many that the owner of the little cabins has on the property. Last year, there was a knocking at my cabin door and I looked up and saw not a raven but instead.

The black one is the same one from my earlier picture. The brown one sadly died during the year.

That is a pretty pig, and a heritage breed I think.
