I don't know if this is the best place to put this. If anyone feels compelled to find a better spot, I will not be offended. This is a talk by Frank Abagnale about himself. It is an hour well spent. Most of you probably know his story from the movie Catch Me If You Can. The movie took some liberties of course. He is still working for the FBI, is married with three grown children, one of whom also works for the FBI but in a different division.

He really is amazing. He talks about many things, eloquently, especially when he talks about being a man and family. The first 28 minutes is the main part of his talk, then he answers questions from the audience.

This concrete dome holds a leaking toxic timebomb

Published on 27 Nov 2017

Thousands of cubic metres of radioactive waste lies buried under a concrete dome on the Enewetak Atoll in the Marshall Islands, the legacy of over a decade of US nuclear tests in the Pacific.

Now rising sea levels are threatening to spill its contents into the sea.

Dentist Chen Xiying peeled an eggshell, demonstrating his intricate manual dexterity, at the Jacob Dental Clinic in Shanghai on Wednesday.

Xiying successfully cut the eggshell using his dental equipment, while managing to fully preserve its membrane which he does as a means of sharpening his finely tuned skills.

"Sometimes, we will practice with eggs or a pig's head repeatedly," he said.
"We serve to people who request us to do our job with zero mistakes," Xiying said, "We need to provide a high quality service with an acceptable price.”

These are some of the visitors to the small water pond I have maintained in my desert yard in Tucson for more than 30 years. The video was recorded on a Bushnell trail cam during June 2014, and features javelina, deer, coyotes, screech owls and (spoiler alert) a bobcat! I just knew there had to be a bobcat around, but I haven't seen one in years. Sweet.

One thousand feet of deck and he landed halfway down the strip. He landed against the direction of the carrier movement. No arresting cables were use. Unbelievable? You bet. I guess you can do anything with graphics.

This may be an unusual question and an unusual place for it, but I am stuck for a more appropriate place.

Having read about Youtube's efforts to weed out hateful, extremist, and otherwise antisocial videos, I very much want to find a video website that might have such videos - SovCits, racists, psychos, Young Republicans, etc.

Please, can anyone direct me to video collections other than Youtube and Google-video???

I havent's observed an inflow of Youtubers at LL. Sometimes single video clips that have been deleted by Youtube pop up.
