She looks absolutely precious. I just love black and white cats.

Euthanized one of our oldest cats yesterday. :( The combination of diabetes and kidney failure became too much for her. Now we have only three.

Sorry for your loss, it is always hard when it's time for pets to go over the rainbow bridge.

Very sorry for your loss. Sometimes the old cats are the sweetest.

My Korat, Sammy, made his way through diabetes by eliminating carbohydrates from his diet. But geriatric kidney failure got him. I spent several weeks infusing saline solution into his skin (to which he never objected), knowing that the end was near. One night he took his regular cuddling place (between the pillows beside my head). At some point he got up to pee, something that he did religiously in the litter box. He could not muster the strength to get back on the bed and died on the carpet. I woke to find him there. I think I was grateful that I did not have to euthanize him. My last real memory is of a purring cat snuggled warmly beside me.

I am also saddened to hear of the passing of your kitty. Never easy.

Our Magoo is hospitalized with kidney failure, I'm afraid her end is near too.

This is from a collection of photos on Nesara News. Most of them have a moral: never leave your kids and your pets alone together.

Sympathy to Volkonski and Great Grey on their kitties' transitions.

Magoo is in her 3rd day at the vet's office. Getting IV flushed to knock down her renal numbers, it's working.

Visited her yesterday & today, she was happy to know she hadn't been abandoned.

Another blood draw in the morning, if the numbers are good she'll be coming home.

She's become a favorite of the back staff, they're all doting on her.

We've got many Fogbowzers who have gone down the SubQ fluid path with their kitties, now it's Magoo's turn.

Thx to all for the Karma, we'll share with kitters everywhere. :-D
