published 49 pages of text messages exchanged between FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page between December 2016 and May of last year
wasn't montgomery hacking already finished before then?
Oh, yes. But in 2015, Montgomery sued Risen, and that's when he dumped his "evidence" on the FBI.

The newly revealed text was written in March 2017; Montgomery and Klayman sued the FBI, etc., in June 2017.

In March 2017, however, Corsi was touting Mongomery's data, and of course Zullo, Gallups, Rondeau, etc., breathlessly hashed and rehashed everything. (And, ob., Klayman used this "evidence" to justify yet another :yankyank: filing in his suit against the NSA, which was still barely breathing back then). So the March text may have in response to the slight spike in interest in Montgomery.

P&E comment:

USCA Case Number 18-5097 for 49 Notice of Appeal to DC Circuit Court, filed by LARRY KLAYMAN. (zrdj)
Klayman needs to file a FOIA request and get a copy of the “Jim” e-mail referred to in the March, 2017 text message. This was before Montgomery filed the original complaint and may be instrumental in the appeal.
