I assume this is real since this via postcard

BTW...I'm on the radar for jury duty as of this July.

I will swear on a Sundlun Device if I am empaneled.

Yeah, whatever. :bored:
Like every other "class action" suit, the attorneys will make tens of millions. But you might get something like $2.62 eventually.

I'm still waiting on my Equifax payout from years ago. So I can go buy a Snickers bar.

What a scam.

Yes, we got those the other day. Wife and I were on an Anthem BC/BS group plan until we were eligible for Medicare. I have not checked to see what kind of information they want. I actually collected $30 or so recently from a Century Link class action lawsuit. Those lying MF's quoted me a rate for Internet and TV that they refused to honor after I signed up. I had the price in writing in an email and they still refused to honor it. That one I gladly filled out. :boxing:

I'm mostly "hanging" the topic here since IANAL and getting old.

I don't look at class action suits as something that will help me financially and there are many cases they are, well, a scam. That said, I remember thinking during the cruise line telemarketing class action suit that I had no problem with the original Plaintiffs and his lawyers getting the bulk of the reward. My reward was seeing the defendants get whacked for obvious violations of the telemarketing laws.
