Nope. Mansplaining is defined as: the explanation of something by a man, typically to a woman, in a manner regarded as condescending or patronizing. It's especially galling when the woman has direct knowledge of the subject whereas the man has formed his misinformed opinions by searching the internet.

Comparable for you: having a Lutheran woman (for example, me) telling you what Catholics believe. "But the internet says it so it must be true!" :brickwallsmall:

Kirk isn't a gynecologist; he is an asshole.

At least in the US, about 85% of gynecologists are female.

Perhaps 'amateur gynecologist' is the proper classification.

Amateur obstetrician could mean a baby made an unexpected appearance while he was around.

Charlie Kirk's genius plan to court women voters: Call them bitter and blame birth control
Opinion: Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk has figured out what's wrong with women. Two words: Birth control. And you wonder why moderate women have deserted the GOP?
Laurie Roberts - Arizona Republic

We now know what is wrong with women, courtesy of one of Arizona’s most influential Republicans.

Well, besides the fact that we’re apparently over the hill by the time we reach 30, that is.

It’s birth control.

Charlie Kirk, whose Turning Point USA organization first took over the Arizona Republican Party and now is a dominant force in GOP circles across the nation, says the scourge of birth control has made women “angry and bitter.”

Nebraska allocates electoral votes by congressional district.
Right Wing Watch @RightWingWatch wrote: Omaha-based "prophet" Hank Kunneman is mobilizing his church behind Charlie Kirk's campaign to pressure Nebraska to change the way it allocates its electoral votes in order to help Trump, claiming the current process "dilutes the voices" of Trump supporters.

How short would the time be for the legislators to change the state law? Any litigation included?

Back in Usenet days, I was on a forum or two inhabited mostly by bitter incels, only that name hadn't been invented yet. Some were literal incels; some were misogynists like Kirk, married, divorced, whatever, but with the same attitudes as bitter incels. Kirk has the bitter incel voice down pat.

(A lot of the incels weren't bitter, more wry.)

The Dem party chair did some TV hits last week explaining the structure of their legislative branch is more resistant to blatant partisanship than other states. They need 17 votes to make this change and will be very difficult or impossible to get them. She says Donald is calling around and trying to threaten them to vote, but not getting very far.
