Our younger daughter, SIL and new baby are on their way here as I type this. 
We ordered and picked up Indian food yesterday since the restaurant will be so busy today that we couldn't get a pickup time earlier than 5pm today which is a little late for lunch.

An excellent MD. I have a roomie now. His GF came for the week from Chicago. Eldest son brought a complete spread of bagels and lox. Chicago gal made quiche. My Mom bought wine. My Dad ( divorced 48 years ago from mom) came over.and.brought awesome cake. His sister,.Auntie Dorothy, brought freezer containers (empty) and we all just fixed what we wanted, when we wanted it. My roomie played Bob Dylan on his Uke and sang Bob Dylan and Freddie Fender songs. Mon helped herself to some chocolate. Unfortunately, it was THC chocolates. Dad and.mom sat on the love seat together and laughed,.teased and told old stories. Mom was definitely getting loopy.
But we were all a new family and had a wonderful time. I hope everyone had a lovely day. Feeling blessed.
