Awesome find Plutodog!!! That damn near killed me.

He says he's related to Ronnie. A brother? Cousin?

I'm going to invite him to join us here. If nothing else, he can hopefully provide more info on Ronnie's background.

One of Ronnie's marshals got arrested today. To the surprise of no one, I'm sure. 8-)

I think it was Rick Guerrero. This guy: https://www.facebook.com/Anonymouswatchman?fref=ts

Something about harassing CPS workers.

Ronnie and Bruce Doucette got on the phone to a sheriff to give them a piece of their minds. Bruce did most of the talking, going to great pains to explain the notion of jurisdiction to the sheriff. Bruce even mentioned that he has two Ph.Ds. The sheriff was not impressed. So naturally, Ronnie started babbling about a commercial lien, but Bruce shut him down, explaining that it's too early for such threats.

The talk with the sheriff begins about 5 minutes into the recording, if you're interested.

It just showed up on Vinelink.
Offender Name: GUERRERO, RICHARD ALAN
Custody Status: In Custody
Age: 41
Location: HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY JAIL
It is not showing up in the Hillsborough County Sheriff's online list yet, but..

oops, now it's there.
Arrested at 5:30pm, 8 August
1 RESISTING OFFICER WITHOUT VIOLENCE M1
2 FALSE PERSONATION F3
M is Misdemeanor and F is felony.

Attorney is listed as "Bears Law."

And here is the False Personation statute.
Title XLVI
CRIMES
Chapter 843
OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE
843.08 False personation.—A person who falsely assumes or pretends to be a firefighter, sheriff, officer of the Florida Highway Patrol, officer of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, fire or arson investigator of the Department of Financial Services, officer of the Department of Financial Services, officer of the Department of Corrections, correctional probation officer, deputy sheriff, state attorney or assistant state attorney, statewide prosecutor or assistant statewide prosecutor, state attorney investigator, coroner, police officer, lottery special agent or lottery investigator, beverage enforcement agent, or watchman, or any member of the Florida Commission on Offender Review and any administrative aide or supervisor employed by the commission, or any personnel or representative of the Department of Law Enforcement, or a federal law enforcement officer as defined in s. 901.1505, and takes upon himself or herself to act as such, or to require any other person to aid or assist him or her in a matter pertaining to the duty of any such officer, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. However, a person who falsely personates any such officer during the course of the commission of a felony commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. If the commission of the felony results in the death or personal injury of another human being, the person commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. The term “watchman” means a security officer licensed under chapter 493.
Sounds like somebody decided to play "marshall."

1. Why is it pink?

2. What is up with the weird capitalization? Capitalizing the second letter in United? Not capitalizing States or Marshal?

3. What is taking so long for someone to arrest Doucette?

4. I like the fact that they lump in "suffrage" with things like oppression and violence.

Maybe they're just illiterate fools? Naaahhhh....

Indeed, I suspect Doucette and Dowdell are setting up these guys for a fall. Somewhere in that call (after they get off the phone with the sheriff), I think Bruce can be heard encouraging Ronnie that he needs to take a stand for his friend/marshal that got arrested. I'm going to have to listen to that again.

This cannot end well.

I can see where there's one way it could... - the cops could bust the whole lot for aggravated stupidity & lock them up for 5 to 10.

You see that kind of nonsense on almost every loser's Facebook page. It's always something like "school of hard knocks" (derp, derp). He's going to have plenty of time to study up on his truthology in the near future it seems.

They are all keenly aware of, and deeply insecure about, their lack of actual education, and they can't stop themselves from crafting a narrative where they are the smart ones and everyone else is deluded. Whenever I hear someone denigrate someone else as "book-smart but not street-smart," I know I'm dealing with a time-wasting idiot.
