He must be going off the deep end. Hey, if Tiffany gets to be "an Operative with the DOJ / DHS Special Psy-Ops division, operating under the DHS "Confidential" Field Manual called "Contain and Control of Militia"* we should be able to claim that too also! We at Fogbow are Supervisory Operatives 8-)
Karl P. Koenigs
Kathy, I have reason to believe that Tiffany is an Operative with the DOJ / DHS Special Psy-Ops division, operating under the DHS "Confidential" Field Manual called "Contain and Control of Militia". Don't mind her. She is "Only doing her job" to decimate the Rule of Constitutional Law and Order upon our elected and appointed Municipal, County, State and US Government enemies of The Constitution and The Rule of its Laws.

"Contain and Control of Militia" sounds like a good idea but the only thing quickly found on this Field Manual looks like a poot post from 2015.

Mr. Elliot is Michael Elliot - a LV poot. He is the one that hooked Moo up with the Camp Liberty two crack house that the code enforcement folks eventually shut down. He evidently does some work or something for the owner of that property.

He has already paid $6,000 while the maximum combined fine for his charges is only $1,500. If he just pleaded no contest, I figure he would get a smaller fine and time served (or no jail).

Sometimes just shutting up is the best thing to do.

I have been thinking about the options. Terry Trussell’s grand jury may have difficulty meeting because of Terry’s living arrangements. Heather Anne and the Colorado “judges” are similarly unavailable, and”Judge” Anna is busy ordering the Pope about.

That leaves Ronnie Davis, who has put dozens of judges away, although no one seems able to identify who they are.

Karl’s options are getting limited. :crying:

So is Kapt Mushbrain going to run/fly back to FL for his hearing tomorrow, appear telepathically, or just blow it off like he did the WI ones? Inquiring minds want to know. That is of course assuming he isn't thrown in jail immediately he steps foot back in WI.

A little off topic, but did anyone answer the question "how does one get that heavy motorcycle off the roof of the truck?"

By SEEing, BEing and DOing ... oh sorry, wrong bunch of idiots.

No, it's not a real motorcycle, it's a clumsy digital forgery ... no, different bunch of idiots.

With a fax machine and a two-cent stamp?

With a herd of cattle and a flock of melons?

With a mighty spork?

By fondling one's daughter and filing aggressive and frivolous law suits?

By voting for a pussy-grabbing white supremacist for president?

I don't know the answer but it sure would be hilarious to see a video of drunken Kap'n Krazy trying to ride it on or off the truck and crashing to the ground.

I suspect there is a lift for it built onto the truck. Drops or slides down to the nearside. Most pictures of the truck show the offside.

And of course, a motorcycle lift is an essential requirement when you're driving around the country educating people about the constitution. :bored:

Delusional Disorder
Signs and symptoms
The following can indicate a delusion:

The patient expresses an idea or belief with unusual persistence or force.
That idea appears to have an undue influence on the patient's life, and the way of life is often altered to an inexplicable extent.
Despite his/her profound conviction, there is often a quality of secretiveness or suspicion when the patient is questioned about it.
The individual tends to be humorless and oversensitive, especially about the belief.
There is a quality of centrality: no matter how unlikely it is that these strange things are happening to him/her, the patient accepts them relatively unquestioningly.
An attempt to contradict the belief is likely to arouse an inappropriately strong emotional reaction, often with irritability and hostility.
The belief is, at the least, unlikely, and out of keeping with the patient's social, cultural, and religious background.
The patient is emotionally over-invested in the idea and it overwhelms other elements of their psyche.

The delusion, if acted out, often leads to behaviors which are abnormal and/or out of character, although perhaps understandable in the light of the delusional beliefs.
Individuals who know the patient observe that the belief and behavior are uncharacteristic and alien.

Additional features of delusional disorder include the following:
It is a primary disorder.
It is a stable disorder characterized by the presence of delusions to which the patient clings with extraordinary tenacity.
The illness is chronic and frequently lifelong.
The delusions are logically constructed and internally consistent.
The delusions do not interfere with general logical reasoning (although within the delusional system the logic is perverted) and there is usually no general disturbance of behavior. If disturbed behavior does occur, it is directly related to the delusional beliefs.
The individual experiences a heightened sense of self-reference. Events which, to others, are nonsignificant are of enormous significance to him or her, and the atmosphere surrounding the delusions is highly charged.
Such a grandiose sense of self-importance, he justifies his drunk driving/driving without a license as a matter of Constitutional 'freedom', and the resultant close legal scrutiny as not only persecution of a 'patriot', but a confirmation of his sense of importance.

Basically, that describes all the poots.

Karl, you're nothing but a two-bit small-town cheesehead drunk with guns. You're not important. Nothing you do makes a difference. We follow you because you're an asshole.

So Karl has to be back in Florida on December 19? Also, too: what does "Request of Defense" mean? Why did Karl waive his right to a speedy trial?

Thanks, scirreeve, for the latest, hottest info.

Since "Waiver of Speedy Trial" was also included, I suspect that Karl may have asked for more time to "prepare his case" which in Karl speak means whining on Facebook and preparing more "criminal capital felony" charges.

Karl finally posted his "boots and the ground" report from yesterday's court hearing. It may in fact have taken him this long just to type all his crap up. It seems that Karl cut a rather dashing and heroic figure before the corrupt court and that his vindication is soon at hand, just as soon as he can find a way to convene a grand jury without having to pay for everyone's grand slams.

Thanks for that! It is indeed a frothing rant exemplifying the sovcits' characteristic lack of comprehension and misreading of people's reactions. Krazy Karl is planning to go down the Speshul Peepul's Grandissimo Jury, which will decide the case in secret without any of the accused allowed to defend themselves (if I understood his burble on a wuick scan). I am mildly intrigued by his repeated rant:
Krazy Karl wrote:Along with drafting Discovery questions I will proceed to draft up Criminal and Civil filings for the assembly of a secret Grand Jury to investigate my 34 page legal brief reporting on the plethora of Federal and Supreme Court Case Law that supports and defends our GOD endowed individual unalienable Right to Travel using a privately owned automobile, not used for hire to Commercially transport of goods or people.
Why does Krazy Karl think any god endowed him with these rights? Do the sovcits ever cite anything in the Bible to support their claim of god-given rights?

I assume Krazy Karl's reference to "the plethora of Federal and Supreme Court Case Law" is the usual sovcit mixture of lies and nonsense concocted from misquoted extracts of irrelevant documents. We've seen that before but I don't recall them backing up their godly claims in any way. I don't think there's a verse in Leviticus saying "lo, harken unto me for you shall not impede the people of the unknown lands over the western oceans when they wish to conduct a cart or carriage without wishing to trade goodsnfor profit upon highways for they are not required to pay homage to civil authorities" ... is there??
