I would like, if he his convicted and spends a least a year in jail, to see Liz lose her attachment to him while separated and maybe go back to Iowa to friends or family. Unfortunately, I do not see him coming too his senses no matter how long the sentence. He has issues that will not be fixed until he decides to change and get help.

This is the dude who didn't have enough money to hitchhike to Florida. And now he has enough of a "small amount of money" to flee the country? Has he been reading the Gavin Slime thread? Sorry, Sporky, but ol' Gav is being financed to live in Mexico. You wouldn't last a week down there. :nope:

I'm not sure he could leave the country if placed in The Ambassador Bridge in Detroit with $500 Canadian.

For completeness... In the appeal of his Iowa case against everybody.
PER CURIAM.
In these consolidated appeals, Christopher and Elizabeth Bruce appeal the district court’s adverse judgments in their 42 U.S.C. § 1983 actions. After careful de novo review, we find no error in the district court’s well-reasoned decisions. See Montin v. Moore, 846 F.3d 289, 292 (8th Cir. 2017) (de novo review of Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) dismissal); Johnson v. Blaukat, 453 F.3d 1108, 1112 (8th Cir. 2006) (de novo review of grant of summary judgment); Moore v. Sims, 200 F.3d 1170, 1171 (8th Cir. 2000) (per curiam) (de novo review of dismissal under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii)). We also find no judicial bias or denial of due process in the district court’s decisions. See United States v. Oaks, 606 F.3d 530, 537 (8th Cir. 2010) (adverse rulings do not establish bias); Christiansen v. Clarke, 147 F.3d 655, 657-58 (8th Cir. 1998) (dismissal under § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) does not violate litigant’s due process rights).

Accordingly, we affirm the judgment. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. We also deny the Bruces’ motion to supplement the record.
JUDGMENT
Before LOKEN, GRUENDER, and ERICKSON, Circuit Judges.

This appeal from the United States District Court was submitted on the record of the district court and briefs of the parties. After consideration, it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the judgment of the district court in this cause is affirmed in accordance with the opinion of this Court.

Good ole Sporky, still 0 for all, riding a consistent losing streak.

Sporky filed a petition for rearing en banc in his appeal of Bruce vs all of Iowa, et al.
Bruce v everybody in iowa petition for rehearing and stuff.pdf
In one point he argues that dismissing 64 defendants at once is some sort of records and dares the court to find another case that dismisses that many. Apparently, he knows nothing of Vidurek. Grand Jury, Sovereigns of the Court v. U.S. Congress et al had 590+ named defendants (he named Congress corporately but also representatives, senators, governors, Supreme Court justices, and Donald Trump individually).

This is kinda sad, Sporkie's America's Deadly Sins facebook group hasn't mentioned anything about him since his arrest in early June. We keep better tabs on him than his friends and compatriots do. His group has just shy of 400 members and none of them care about him as much as we do. That is both hilarious and deeply, deeply pathetic. Which is after all, why we pay attention to him.

We're probably a good part of those 400.

When is Sporky's next court appearance? I know a guy who wants to sit in the court room and watch him go nuts.

Do they even let him in the court room any more? I would think they'd do video connection he's so unruly.

South Dakota courts don't have easily accessible court documents, so I do not know what might come up. The charge $20 for a single name search and who knows how much of the docket will be listed.

For complete completeness.... petition for hearing en banc, denied. I guess they were not swayed by his dare to find another case that dismissed 64 defendants at once.

The "alleged defendant," a living spork, filed another supplement in his federal civil case (the one he filed before being arrested). He is mad that the court has not acted on his HC petition he filed in his existing civil case. Apparently, he has dumped some 30 "motions" on the state court and they have not acted yet.

I think having to use a pencil has created a new feature in Sporky's writing... brevity.

Format wise, his handwritten supplement is still better formatted than anything Orly ever did.

The docket for his federal case is here:

Sporky be Free

I have no details of how or why he's out but he's been posting on facebook. He's also been interviewed by Red Pill Hardcore on RBN which to fair is a hell of a lot better than Little Blue Pill Hardcore. [Skip about to 6:45 of this Link]

None of it is Sporky's fault. And phones hate him for being an anti 5G activist.

He also amended the federal complaint after getting out. He rmembered to include a page with red thumbprints.

I am too lazy to look. The Habeas Corpus request was not part of the original complaint.

It's about what you'd expect. I'm glad he's out, if only because now his submissions will be typed.
