I would like, if he his convicted and spends a least a year in jail, to see Liz lose her attachment to him while separated and maybe go back to Iowa to friends or family. Unfortunately, I do not see him coming too his senses no matter how long the sentence. He has issues that will not be fixed until he decides to change and get help.

This is the dude who didn't have enough money to hitchhike to Florida. And now he has enough of a "small amount of money" to flee the country? Has he been reading the Gavin Slime thread? Sorry, Sporky, but ol' Gav is being financed to live in Mexico. You wouldn't last a week down there. :nope:

I'm not sure he could leave the country if placed in The Ambassador Bridge in Detroit with $500 Canadian.

For completeness... In the appeal of his Iowa case against everybody.
PER CURIAM.
In these consolidated appeals, Christopher and Elizabeth Bruce appeal the district court’s adverse judgments in their 42 U.S.C. § 1983 actions. After careful de novo review, we find no error in the district court’s well-reasoned decisions. See Montin v. Moore, 846 F.3d 289, 292 (8th Cir. 2017) (de novo review of Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) dismissal); Johnson v. Blaukat, 453 F.3d 1108, 1112 (8th Cir. 2006) (de novo review of grant of summary judgment); Moore v. Sims, 200 F.3d 1170, 1171 (8th Cir. 2000) (per curiam) (de novo review of dismissal under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii)). We also find no judicial bias or denial of due process in the district court’s decisions. See United States v. Oaks, 606 F.3d 530, 537 (8th Cir. 2010) (adverse rulings do not establish bias); Christiansen v. Clarke, 147 F.3d 655, 657-58 (8th Cir. 1998) (dismissal under § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) does not violate litigant’s due process rights).

Accordingly, we affirm the judgment. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. We also deny the Bruces’ motion to supplement the record.
JUDGMENT
Before LOKEN, GRUENDER, and ERICKSON, Circuit Judges.

This appeal from the United States District Court was submitted on the record of the district court and briefs of the parties. After consideration, it is hereby ordered and adjudged that the judgment of the district court in this cause is affirmed in accordance with the opinion of this Court.

Sporky filed a petition for rearing en banc in his appeal of Bruce vs all of Iowa, et al.
Bruce v everybody in iowa petition for rehearing and stuff.pdf
In one point he argues that dismissing 64 defendants at once is some sort of records and dares the court to find another case that dismisses that many. Apparently, he knows nothing of Vidurek. Grand Jury, Sovereigns of the Court v. U.S. Congress et al had 590+ named defendants (he named Congress corporately but also representatives, senators, governors, Supreme Court justices, and Donald Trump individually).

This is kinda sad, Sporkie's America's Deadly Sins facebook group hasn't mentioned anything about him since his arrest in early June. We keep better tabs on him than his friends and compatriots do. His group has just shy of 400 members and none of them care about him as much as we do. That is both hilarious and deeply, deeply pathetic. Which is after all, why we pay attention to him.

When is Sporky's next court appearance? I know a guy who wants to sit in the court room and watch him go nuts.

Do they even let him in the court room any more? I would think they'd do video connection he's so unruly.

South Dakota courts don't have easily accessible court documents, so I do not know what might come up. The charge $20 for a single name search and who knows how much of the docket will be listed.

For complete completeness.... petition for hearing en banc, denied. I guess they were not swayed by his dare to find another case that dismissed 64 defendants at once.

The "alleged defendant," a living spork, filed another supplement in his federal civil case (the one he filed before being arrested). He is mad that the court has not acted on his HC petition he filed in his existing civil case. Apparently, he has dumped some 30 "motions" on the state court and they have not acted yet.

I think having to use a pencil has created a new feature in Sporky's writing... brevity.

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov ... 11.0_2.pdf

Format wise, his handwritten supplement is still better formatted than anything Orly ever did.

The docket for his federal case is here:

Sporky be Free

I have no details of how or why he's out but he's been posting on facebook. He's also been interviewed by Red Pill Hardcore on RBN which to fair is a hell of a lot better than Little Blue Pill Hardcore. [Skip about to 6:45 of this Link]

None of it is Sporky's fault. And phones hate him for being an anti 5G activist.

He also amended the federal complaint after getting out. He rmembered to include a page with red thumbprints.

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov ... 12.0_2.pdf

I am too lazy to look. The Habeas Corpus request was not part of the original complaint.

It's about what you'd expect. I'm glad he's out, if only because now his submissions will be typed.

OHHH NOOO !!! - Mr. Bill

Foggy "Fogbow", the Dilapidated Moron Returns (That's a direct quote.)
I think it's pretty damned sad that Fogbow, a gossip forum consisting of lunatic Democrats who supported, easily, one of the most criminal Presidents ever to crawl into the Oval Office (Obama), and who also commands a group of fanatical political fringe idiots who framed a Navy Veteran with ROBERT MUELLER on gun charges (see that story, HERE:)

https://thewashingtonstandard.com/sedit ... -veterans/

out of the East Coast, has nary a good subject to discuss after 3 long years, except for what I'm doing with my life. I was really doing fine, honest...until someone pointed out that one of the main things that pops up when people Google my name is this jack-off's forum...though I have never ever had this criminal pop up in my brain since the last time we....uh...crossed paths, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in 2015. I sure haven't missed his tired ass, that's for sure.

After calling out Jill Garrett, an obvious Federal Agent posing as a CPS victim, and proving that she was nothing less (she managed to erase emails that she had sent ME out of MY email account....who could do that, short of the Government??), she enlisted the help of this 100+ year plus wrinkled up old man to threaten to come to Iowa to beat me up with a baseball bat. Some idiots have WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much time on their hands. Funny how we haven't seen much of poor Jill after I called her out....*sniff*

It's time, after 3 long crazy years of utter corruption and absolute insanity in our "Justice System" to finally take a moment and call out this insane old man, who has somehow managed to keep HIS posts at the top of the Google search results (while my thousands of articles, all with my name on it, on a very successful blog, a radio show, a youtube channel, etc. have stayed far down the list....apparently showing THIS stupid idiot to be a Government agent as well)...and tell him that, if he should care to pay me a visit with his sorry-assed baseball bat, I'd be more than thrilled to poke him in the chest and tip him over.

Sumbudy's dewicate fee fees got hurted and hims widdle nose is all out of joint. It would probably be more so if he knew just how infinitesimal a percentage of the posts and attention he was getting, don't know how to figure the number from the board. He's basically background amusement since he is mostly only a danger to himself and the few CPS and gov't types who don't already have 'stay the hell away' from me orders on him now.

Picture me falling on the floor laughing though at that Sporkish whine though. :rotflmao:

Yeah, I like how that man thinks.

He's got a blog and a YouTube channel and a Twitter account and a Facebook page and he's a big fuckin' deal all over the Intarwebz, but when he googles his own name we come up on the first page of results.

Which proves that I'm a government agent somehow. And which pisses him off no end, on account of how we make mock of the poor feller and tell everybody what A IDIOT he is. :madguy:

But he forgets ... we've been here since 2010 continuously, and over the four years since we noticed him, he kept going to jail repeatedly. And when he was in jail, he couldn't update his blog and all that, so the google machine forgotted him because he was a loser rotting in a cell.

I can't be responsible for that, sorry. :nope:

He wants me to come to the godforsaken wasteland of South Dakota so he can kick my ass. I love South Dakota, I was there in 2015 on the 6,500 mile camping trip I took with my two boys. I should give him my PayPal account so he can send me travel expenses up front. He doesn't think I'm going to South Dakota on my own dime, when it's his invitation, I'm sure. Do airplanes go to South Dakota?

I don't know this guy's history or if he's on some sort of court ordered probation, but I gotta' figure that if he is, he's inviting trouble by challenging people to come by his house for an ass kicking.

I may be a bit confused, but as I go back through the thread I can't tell if Bruce has a trial date, is out on bail or what his status is?

Please excuse my ignorance, folks.
