On April 10, 2019 at 1:30pm I reviewed an email by inmate Williams, Anthony Reg No. 05963-122 to Unit Manager Liaison, with the subject "Request to Staff", time marked at 5:30pm. The email was written to Unit Manager Robl, in the email Inmate Williams states he will destroy the careers of everyone here who violated his rights and will make them infamous in the news and social media. Inmate Williams also writes another email in the same day to Rosey Thomas (...) stating he has a PI (Private Investigator) who (h)as gotten him their (staff) financial information, mortgage information etc. and will be using it to put them (Staff) in the poor house, without a penny and homeless for fucking with him. Inmate Williams references an attorney name Lenore Albert that he has used as an example to some that loss there job for provoking him.
:snippity:
The attorney he refers to is a wackjob who lost her right to practice for failure to pay sanctions and other things. Has nothing to do with him.

:-D He definitely does not like her...no idea why though, they seem to have some nutty similarities (although she was at some point a real attorney so maybe that's enough for him to hate her). http://lenorealbert.com/

I recall her name from some form of involvement with the Bille Rene Powers nonsense also.

I have also seen her name in Billie Rene stuff. Seems like she sued Billie, Wagener, Anthony etc. and then appealed. Quick google search found this docket. I don't know anything about it.

As Boots pointed out, Lenore LuAnn Albert has some state bar problems [Link] and is currently not eligible to practice law [Link].

On my phone, so I can't link presently, but Albert went Full Strunk and filed a RIIIIIICO!!! action against, essentially, the world. (In C.D. Cal.; it was dismissed.)

But anyone who sues Wagener is OK by me. ;)

A quick google turns up a lesson in how to waste effort and still get disciplined by the State Bar. Sue the bar for b.s. reasons when facing discipline. It didn't work for her either. https://1ccaxf2hhhbh1jcwiktlicz7-wpengi ... suit-1.pdf

They are, he doesn't have a typewriter and as of yet, the court isn't providing him with a stenographer.

That's the _only_ reason I was hoping he'd get out of AdSeg, so he could get back to typing these...reading his handwritten submissions hurts my head.

He got out a couple days ago and has a new video on Rudy's channel. [Link]

It's just more of Anthony lying and Rudy lapping it up, not really worth the time.

I'm surprised the esteemed Pretend Attorney General doesn't get cited for filing stuff like this...

Government's response Defedant's Motion to Forever Bar Gregg Yates from writing or opening his big mouth from mentioning whether a motion was filed timely or not.

Though the motion should be dismissed for being untimely, the government choses the provide a brief response the the defendant's motion.

NUTS!!!

The government will shortly be filing a motion asking the court to order the US Marshal to increase the defendants allotment of commas.

Of course not. I enjoy the contents almost as much as the discussion here, but I can speedread the typed filings, the written ones much less so.

I _will_ say, however, that Anthonys penmanship has improved tremendously since I began following him (and possibly the Courts imaging equipment, if not both) for which I'm quite grateful.

Does "Big Mouth" have a definition in common law?

Anyway, I think Yahwah needs to hire better legal representation, and The PAG does not provide a residence for his client. In fact, did yahweh sign anything giving the PAG power to act on his/her behalf?
