greenish yellow or yellowish green, either way that is the color of pus from an infection. In this case, oddly accurate.

The government just filed its opposition to ATW's motion for notice of the government's intent to use evidence, along with a list of documents produced thus far.

Some are pretty typical, like demand letters to various banks, credit dispute letters, "writs of error" regarding certain properties, payments from clients, witness interviews, and the like. It seems he also had also been advertising in the radio and in print, filed UCC financing statements, filed "writs of rejection", and apparently worked with a Miami hotel on an event of some kind.

Then it gets interesting:
"Promissory Note Negotiable Bankers Acceptance; To: Anthony Williams Estate Trust"
"Form W-8BEN; Certificate of Foreign Status of Nonresident Alien for United States Tax Withholding for Anthony Williams"
"42 USC 1988 Private Attorney General Anthony Williams federal identification" (which we've seen him flash to a news reporter)
"The North Carolina State Bar Authorize Practice Committee; To: Anthony Williams; Re: Allegation of Unauthorized Practice of Law File Number: 14AP0095
"Arrest Warrant of Beatrice A. Butchko, Judge" listed under the heading "22_Constitutional_Private_Grand_Jury_Arrest_Warrant_for_BUTCHKO.pdf"

I get the sense that Williams is somehow enjoying making the USA's office spend hours and hours responding to his inane bullshit.

Another PACER haul!

The government has filed its memorandum
in opposition
to ATW's motion for disqualification of judge Leslie Kobayashi.
Defendant has filed numerous motions that are
frivolous, for example: Dkt. No. 179, Motion for Exposition of
Spiritual Warfare; Dkt. No. 238, Second Motion for Exposition of
Spiritual Warfare; Dkt. No. 219, Motion to Determine the
Bankruptcy Status of the United States; Dkt. No. 236, Sworn
Motion for Nonbar Counsel; Dkt. No. 237, Motion for recognition
as a Private Attorney General and a Sovereign. Defendant also
moved to disqualify Magistrate Judge Kenneth Mansfield, Dkt. No. 147.

In his Second Motion for Exposition of Spiritual
Warfare (Dkt. No. 238-2, at 3-4), Defendant labels Judge
Mansfield as “The Anti-Christ” and “Lucifer the Judge” and Judge
Kobayashi as “Satans Damn Judge” and “Damn Anti-Christ.” This
pleading has no legal basis and is nothing short of a personal
attack on the Judges. Defendant, a self-proclaimed sovereign,
is using tactics such as the filing of frivolous motions to
derail the criminal proceeding.
See, United States v. Alexio,
Cr. No. 13-01017 JMS, 2015 WL 4069160 at 2, (D. Haw. July 2,
2015).

In the instant case, the Defendant’s actions have
directly contributed to any delay in the Court’s rulings.
Defendant’s repetitive and frivolous motions have slowed the
ruling process.
In addition, Defendant’s motions to disqualify
both Judge Mansfield and Judge Kobayashi have caused a further
delay in the Court’s ability to rule on any pending motions.
Defendant cannot on the one hand create the delay and then claim
it as a reason to recuse Judge Kobayashi. Defendant has not
cited any precedent for the proposition that a delay in ruling
on motions lasting but a few months somehow translates into bias
and animus.
(emphasis mine)

Star Trek fans will no doubt appreciate the irony in the fact that Williams' judge is named Kobayashi and that Williams is in a "no-win scenario".

:rotflmao:
Williams' attempt to reprogram the court appears to be unsuccessful! So he won't get to appoint himself Private Starfleet Captain.

He's just not trying hard enough.

Why doesn't he simply open a court of record?

:fingerwag: That's an absurd suggestion. Clearly you don't understand Constitutional Common Law. Mr. Williams is a Private Attorney General; he is not a Private Postmaster General. It's Postmasters who establish courts and appoint Superior Court Judges.

I'm sure Judge von Strudel will explain it to you if you ask her nicely. Unless she's too busy helping her husband fulfil his demanding duties as hereditary Head of State.

Mr. Williams' best option now is to appoint himself a Private Admiral General of the Royal Hawaiian Navy, then go into court, declare it a port in peril (from the volcano), decree that the case is now in a Court Martial and that he, as Supreme Admiral, dismisses the case and awards himself a sea chest of gold doubloons in compensation. He then walks out of the court singing For Those in Peril on the Sea.

Kirk doesn't like to lose. Anthony's really good at it.

Looks like Williams came out on the losing end of his no-win idea to get Judge Kobayashi recused:

Buckle up, we've got a huge haul from the Pretend Attorney General this week!
The last one looks particularly interesting as it contains screenshots of iMessage conversations and YouTube videos, emails, and other juicy stuff.

Oooh, those are going to take awhile to read through. But for a guy with so much criminal exposure he sure does spend an awful lot of time faxing all the important details about it directly to the FBI :-D

"Exposition of Spiritual Warfare" starts out like he may have a legitimate grievance against some of the jail staff, but then goes quickly off the rails in true PAG Williams form:

The introduction to Exhibit D in "Part 3" of the last filing is one of the best pieces of legal writing I've ever read. The fun starts on Page 13. I strongly recommend you check it out. Unfortunately, I can't seem to extract the relevant text from the PDF so you'll need to check the link.

When this trial is over and Williams is in prison, he's going to find out that he will have to start paying for his b.s. filings. His forma pauperis status will be curtailed very quickly. So in some ways this is his last hurrah.

He's not going to do well in prison. His fellow convicts are going to want a lawyer who can get them results. All he will do is get them in more trouble. But Williams is sufficiently delusional not to be able to help himself. I suspect there will be a lot of beatings until he gets placed in isolation.

AW doesn't learn and doesn't seem to catch a clue, EVER. You're quite right, he won't do will in Fed prison, and I'm sure he'll wear his welcome out real quick. I am coming to wonder if the current judge isn't just letting him occupy himself and will then just judicially round file them all at once.

The author, James F. Evers, enforcement attorney for Hawaii's Office for Consumer Protection, certainly has a rollicking style! i enjoyed it, thanks for the recommendation.

So Anthony Williams included this material to support his request for whatever it is that he wants, did he? :o Does he think that it shows him in a good light? :nope:

One of my takeaways from those documents is that Anthony Williams shafts his colleagues as much as he and they shaft their marks. Horrible people!

I get the distinct impression that Williams is not a good reader. He may, in fact, have a literacy problem. He apparently finds it too challenging to look up any court decision or legal reference for himself but merely rehashes stuff from other SovTards without doing any further research.

In this instance these Hawaiian decisions, involving various of his accomplices, were in his personal collection and so he simply recycled them - unaware or undaunted by the fact that they actually go against his position.

Yes, Forti -- one of the sovcit fantasies appears to be that if they keep throwing manure onto a pile it will turn into a pile of gold, not an ever larger pile of manure.

Williams does that, as do many others.
