I would suspect there will be LOTS of pointless objections from the Defendant's table, mostly all over ruled.

I am thinking there's a good chance he may be enough of a pain in the ass that he gets to watch at least part of the proceedings on closed circuit television.

That (my thoughts exactly)may be the only way the prosecution will be able to put on a case without being continually disrupted.

I am also betting he won't endear himself to the jury at all with his behavior.

New this week from the Pretend Attorney General are a number of government & court responses and orders to the stuff previously filed.

Of note: ATW was being a petulant git again, referring to the prosecutors as "dickheads" (doc #750) and refusing to go to court (#753 and Att A, #754).
It also looks like Anabel Cabebe is changing her plea (see #763 and #765, no document)

Links to my server, as always.

Documents 743-746 are sealed ex parte applications and aren't linked here.

747 - EO: COURT ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO BE PROVIDED ACCESS TO AN UNMONITORED TELEPHONE OR TELEPHONE PROVIDED BY STANDBY COUNSEL re 720 as to Anthony T. Williams (1). IT IS SO ORDERED. (JUDGE LESLIE E. KOBAYASHI)

Williams, (02) Anabel Cabebe : Trial in this matter is scheduled to begin on February 3, 2020. On January 6, 2020, pro se Defendant Anthony T. Williams ("Defendant") filed a motion requesting a seventyday continuance, which Defendant argues is necessary for him to able to authenticate documents to be presented at trial ("Motion to Continue"). My favorite part of 756:
Perusal of the whole content of the letter clearly shows that there was no threat and I asked for the names of the prosecution's spouse, what they do for a living and how many children if any, to see if the pettifogger prosecutors would have the integrity to give the information, even though I ALREADY HAVE ALL THAT INFORMATION.

It looks like our favorite pretend private Attorney General may have some competition. Arkansas FBI arrested this guy. I am mobile so can't do a full dive on him right now, but he appears to be doing pretend lawyering and has been running various scams of that sort.

Interesting to see the FBI attempt some humor in the text of the tweet, BTW.

So very not good for ATW. Essentially a full confession and guilty plea.

He really needs to be able to communicate with his co-defendant without those pesky monitors listening in.

I can't wait until he gets more motions filed  .

8. Kobayashi stated that the undersigned's mentioning of the address of the prosecutors and judges and calling

Yeah, particularly when your mother and chief helper lay all your crimes out in court for the jury. Hard to get away from that.

Based on the foregoing facts, Kobayashi has no authority to CAUTION the undersigned regarding PUBLIC INFORMATION of PUBLIC SERVANTS being filed on or off the record as these records are ALREADY in the PUBLIC DOMAIN and Kobayashi does not have no authority to tell the undersigned what PUBLIC INFORMATION he can and can not share in his documents, in the courtroom or online. ATW has NEVER shown the least bit of sense, that's why he got the wonderful sentence he got in FL, and he's going for a repeat in HI I think.
