1. Spokane Tribe of Indians of the Spokane Reservation Equitable Compensation Act - signed by POTUS on 20 December 2019 (introduced in Senate 24 January 2019).

2. Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians Restoration Act of 2019 - combined in National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 - signed by POTUS on 20 December 2019.

3. Esther Martinez Native American Languages Programs Reauthorization Act - This law was originally created in 2006 but was allowed to expire by Congress in 2012. It was reintroduced a few times but did not make it out of committee. It was reintroduced in January 2019. Signed by POTUS on 20 December 2019 (his pen was busy that day).

Interesting that the first thing in the list that she claims that Trump and the cabinet accomplished without the Left were bills that passed the Democrat-controlled house and were all introduced in at least one chamber by a Democrat Senator or Representative. They were not bills that Trump pushed.

In 1898, the Scottish Commercial Corporation doing business "in our names" as "The United States of America, Inc." used our money to buy the land mass of the Philippine Islands from the then-government.

While this is an outrageous circumstance that one group of heirs would offer the portions and inheritance of the rest of their generation and all generations to come after, this transaction did actually take place, and not only in the Philippines. We have the receipts.

Shortly thereafter, the same Scottish Commercial Corporation began removing large quantities of American gold to the Philippines for storage and what the Perpetrators called "safe-keeping".

In 1934, the Successor and Secondary to this Scottish Commercial Corporation doing business in our names as "the United States of America, Inc." was also in bankruptcy reorganization. They pushed through an Act of their Congress creating an "independent government for the Philippines" so that the new Philippine Government could act as the Trustee of the American Gold cashiered away in the Philippines for storage.

We have the record of that whole series of transactions, too.

In World War II, the Japanese invaded the Philippines and found the American gold in storage, whereupon it was mis-named "Yamashita's Gold" when in fact it never belonged to Yamashita and didn't belong to the Philippines, either.

The Japanese General Yamashita, however, seized upon our gold and transported it all over the world, and especially throughout the Pacific Rim.

Chinese Elders. Yeah, Right.

The only Chinese person in this story was posing as a Filipino.

Ferdinand Marcos, who as President of the “independent Government of the Philippines” set up in 1934 to act as Trustee for our gold reserves stored in the Philippine Islands— was Chinese. And his family was involved in international banking in the Orient for generations, all the way back to the Plum Blossom Bank.

Methinks that some of the followers of Benjamin Fulford, who's a world-class nutter himself, are saying bad things about pretend judge Anna, so she's setting the world straight. He's always going on about some sort of Chinese banking cabal and such like.

She tends to do this whenever anyone dares question her way of pretending. A month or so ago, she teed off against Keith Livingway and one of his followers. Keith is another pretend government weenie runs the "Reign of Heavens Society" and has some bizarre ideas about the role of the postmaster general as the supreme excutive power of the US government. Apparently, he said some stuff that got her knickers in a twist, and she pretend-indicted or pretend-liened him. Then he and a dozen or so of his followers issued pretend indictments or pretend liens of pretend judge Anna. They didn't actually file them with any sort of clerk, so there's no chance of any Terry Trussell-like drama, but there was all sorts of posturing.

Pretend judge Anna is not unlike Trump in mounting a pretty aggressive defense when anyone with a following tries to talk trash about her. This'll last about three days and then all the nutters will be on to something else.

I have no idea who Ron Gibson is. She also talks about the new "Colorado Nine". Reference to Doucette I suppose but I have no idea about the new sovcits.

An Oops and a Thank You
I was really saddened to hear that Ron Gibson was involved with the new "Colorado Nine" --- and really happy to find out that he's not!
Apparently, Ron Gibson was being confused with another guy named Ron --- who does live in Oregon. So Ron Gibson contacted me yesterday and said, hey, no, not me. I am making the effort to declare my status. I'm an American.

Concerning "Patriots" and Railroad Tracks
This morning I got word that another group of "Patriots" are going down the same road as the Colorado Nine.
This group, led by Ron Vrooman and apparently, Ron Gibson, too, is trying to deny the history and public records we've brought forward, and are going head to head with the State of State courts in Oregon.
They will lose. They will, most likely, go to jail.
Why?
For the same reason that an enlisted man in the Army goes to the brig when he slaps an officer.
For the same reason that an employee gets fired when he disobeys his boss.
I've spent forty years watching patriots go to jail.
Those that won't listen go to the foreign court, they subject themselves to that court, they lose their freedom, their property, and most often serve lengthy prison sentences, too. And the court doesn't even listen to their arguments.
Why? Because they are presumed to be employees or dependents of the corporations they are suing. They are insubordinate.
What do you expect the corporate management to do? Pat them on the head and explain that, yes, they are actually the employers, but they aren't recognizable as such in the foreign court system?
So, prepare yourselves for another "Colorado Nine" incident. These yahoos won't listen to me, so I am wiping my hands, again.
I once saw (from a distance) a turkey go stand on a railroad track, and just stand there to the very bitter end, while a locomotive bore down on it.
It sacrificed its life, only God knows why or to what end.
In order for an Assembly to be a valid State Assembly, it must be composed of people who have declared their proper and singular political status as State Citizens. Period.
That's the way it is, and the way it has always been since the beginning of this country.
There are, of course, State-of-State Assemblies composed of U.S. Citizens, but that's not the same thing.
Until this confusion gets resolved, and "Patriots" get their heads screwed on, they will continue to go to jail, because they continue to act as U.S. Citizens and continue to create foreign State-of-State "District" Assemblies as a result ---- and then claim to be actual State Assemblies.
As long as they are acting as U.S. Citizens they can't create a valid State Assembly--- by definition.
This "mistaken activity" nets the Patriots nothing but a world of trouble and serious criminal charges on top of it.
I am sorry that we are about to witness another Colorado Nine debacle. I have warned them. I have explained why their process and assumptions are flawed. I have done all that I can.
And, still, the turkeys are standing on the railroad tracks, waiting for the train.
