Very nice canine work. A good deep bite was demonstrated, which is what you want.

I see where you're coming from, but I think ordinary people have to take personal responsibility for their own beliefs and actions. There's enough blame for everybody, both guru and disciple -- or con and mark if you prefer.

Yeah. The dog bit and held, rather than chewed or bit multiple times, then let go on command. Really nice training and control.

Dog was enjoying himself too. He was wagging his tail.

McFarland gets his day in court; gets 30 days for driving violations

http://www.wallowa.com/local_news/20180 ... Z0.twitter
McFarland requested a trial by jury.

When the jury was seated May 3, Williams told West that McFarland told her he now wanted a trial by judge.

:snippity:

Williams instead asked for an executed sentence of 30 days in jail. McFarland said he still challenged the jurisdiction of the court and called the proceeding a simulation of legal process and said he did not consent to it.

“One word describes all of your paperwork, all of your defenses and all of your prostestations about jurisdiction: That word is nonsense,” Judge West said. “You’re displaying your disdain and noncooperation and refusal to abide by our systems of laws, I don’t know why you’re not tired of it.”
Sovcit underachiever. Did not manage to turn a misdemeanor into a felony. :(

Ron got his majik wurdz wrong. At about -12.40 in the first video he says "United Commercial Code" instead of "Universal Commercial Code". That is quite obviously why he failed.
That wouldn't have worked, either.

It's "Uniform Commercial Code." :shh:

At 11 minutes in the LEO gives a preview of what's to come. Window is broke at the 13 min mark & Fido goes to work.

For crooks who masquerade as patriots, the attraction of an audience that already believes in the wildest conspiracy theories is just too good to pass up.

On one hand, I’m not entirely comfortable with violence against someone for doing the fake plate thing. I can see why it has to be enforced, though. On the other, I read JJ’s story about the father/son who murdered officers. So I understand their caution. And they seemed to have given him a lot of time. It was his choice. He knew they could put the dog on him. Nasty-looking bite.

Here is an excerpt from that article - since she just swipes pretend judge Pop Tart's stuff she is doing quite well (if the figures are accurate). Anna needs a marketing person. She is discussed some on the the Pop Tart thread.
Former employees interviewed for this story say LaJune could be raking in anywhere from $20,000 to $30,000 a month on promises to people who will never see any of these secret funds.

What's funny about this is that April appears to be making a lot more than pretend judge Anna does with the same material. That's gotta make pretend judge Anna a little more irate than she lets on.

That article about April also mentions Winston Shrout - last time I checked his sentencing was scheduled for tomorrow. Just checked again and it is no longer on the court calendar and hasn't been rescheduled as far as I can tell.

April was asked about Winston's conviction on Monday's call. She said all he had to do was A4V it and that would take care of it

Must have worked!! Bunch of stuff filed last month that I didn't look at before. Don't see anything about delaying sentencing but if I am reading correctly there was something something about his "mental competency". Formatting sucks - was a C/P from RECAP and can't be bothered to clean it up.

Ron "Dog Chow" Wagner has posted his video of the arrest:

I think the dog was overkill and worse yet, Ron wont learn a damn thing because of it. He thinks he has a lawsuit windfall coming his way(facebook link). One quote:
Ron Wagner II · Time for the k9 cop to held for a felony and NOT be allowed to be a cop anywhere!.. alot of people say nothing but bad shit about him..he loves inflicting harm on people...he gets off on it.

Remember the famous vid of the guy that got tazed? He didn't learn a damn thing either, he was screaming shit about wanting to see a magistrate when they dragged his ass away, and months later I saw an article where he had tried to take over a house. People at the time wondered if the Tazing was overkill, but now people just laugh at it.

Nothing will get through these peoples skulls other than a jackhammer. The only thing that works is showing that it simply does not work.

I disagree given the standard police tactics in this situation. They had a dog available and used it. No dog and Ron would have got tased and be complaining about that in the same way. There must be a proportion of people who suddenly decide to comply when faced with a dog, so it is a worthwhile tactic. Having tried to get him to comply and he didn't, you have to carry out your threat of using the dog. Ron was working his way through a SovCit bingo list of excuses which have never worked in their own right in practice. The cops got fed up and took action. Ron could have prevented this at any point in the interaction but chose not to. He has to live with the consequences.

They also ran the fake plate as a real plate and it was coincidentally registered to a guy with a concealed carry permit (if you have UCC as the first 3 letters of your license plate you might want to get it changed). That made them nervous.
