If Muslims become the dominant minority in America, do you think they will be tolerant?? This video is proof of the consequences of Islam in your country.
That video is no different than an antifa v far right protest counter-protest in the US. Plus a sweeping generalisation about who are Muslims.

The correct quote clearly demonstrates that the opinion is neither giving a legal definition for "automobile" nor is it setting that up in contrast to "motor vehicle". In other words it it is exactly not what the sovcit guru claims it to be.
That's not even the best part:
The vehicle involved in these proceedings was originally a tractor.

CONSTITUTION and LOGIC quiz:For what reason did the Framers put the year 1808 in Art.I Sec.9? Did they put it in for no reason at all? Or, does it establish a delegated Power?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My copy/paste from various search results:

Section 9. The migration or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person.

Article I, Section 9 specifically prohibits Congress from legislating in certain areas. In the first clause, the Constitution bars Congress from banning the importation of slaves before 1808.

Section 9: Limits on Congress - The ninth section of Article One places limits on Congress' powers: The Migration or Importation of such Persons ...

a portion of Section 9 was changed by the 16th Amendment;
<ETA now cuz I got distracted earlier ....
The 16th amendment is an important amendment that allows the federal (United States) government to levy (collect) an income tax from all Americans. . >>>>

This obsolete provision was designed to protect the slave trade from congressional restriction for a period of time.

Just got back from there and it was just as fun as always (other than a near-miss with a Point Reyes Elk and a total lack of Superchargers ANYWHERE in the city) but you aren't kidding, every time I'm there it's more expensive than the last!

Ohno, I completely caught the snark. That's my real point, I particularly enjoy visiting precisely because I _can_ leave. My girlfriends parents live in and are retired from Berkeley, which is sane. But a lot of her childhood and grad school friends live in the city so we can't avoid it entirely. The cost aside (which is ever-increasing), it seems that it's just a really incredible amount of WORK for anyone to live there all of the time. Give me the Headlands or Half Moon Bay any day.

What college is this in NV? Pic of Karl with a bolo tie in the post. Sounds like Karl is allowed to post on cRyan the idiot's FB page.
When college students find out that #RyanBundy #BattleBornBundy for #NVGovernor or one of his designated representatives is coming to a function they offer help and even applause when he / enter the facility. For they know that Ryan Bundy is neither Republican nor Democrat of THE SWAMP of usurpation and despotism, but rather STANDS WITH HIS LIFE for their FREEDOM and Liberty under the Rule of Ninth and TENTH Amendment Law and Order upon The Deep State.

When Capt. Karl spoke about Constitutional Law and Order upon all three branches of the Federal Government, they hung on every word, and asked to have a picture taken with him. It is self-evident they hunger for FREEDOM and Nevada State nullification of all usurped Powers, SPENDING and unlawful Income Taxes, in compliance with SCOTUS precedent.

Maybe these kids could become the first Officer Training Corps for the increasingly important America Militia Freedom Force, as their battalions appear to be overstretched in their current deployments?

I assume much of the AMFF is deployed overseas, or even off-planet, as they have insufficient manpower to provide close personal support to Grand Marshal Graf von Koenigs and Governor Generalisimo Bundy. Perhaps the AMFF is currently guarding the border ... the border between reality and imagination.

I don't think they are college students. They probably rounded up a few of the offspring of his ten supporters. Most of them have a dozen or more kids.

Why wouldn't we expect the guy from the family that produced all those fake videos in order to get the militia to take up arms for them wouldn't carry on that tactic during a political campaign. He's a day late and a dollar short with the false images and video though. You would think he'd have thought of that a whole lot sooner.

Why would anyone go to see a political candidate, and then get their picture taken with the bus driver? Much less listen to the bus driver give a speech. It's as if Karl is running for Lieutenant Governor.

#RyanBundy #BattleBornBundy URGENT appeal to all Nevada!

"STOP Socialist SISOLAK from getting elected for #NVGovernor!"

Ryan has already taken SO MANY VOTES AWAY from Adam the SWAMP / DEEP STATE Tory (BIG GOVERNMENT establishment Never Trumper loyalist and lover) Laxalt, that you NO LONGER have to choose to vote for THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS! Laxalt no longer has a SNOWBALLS CHANCE in HELL to win!

Vote for Battle Born Bundy to STOP Antigun, Socialist Sisolak FROM WINNING the NV Governors race.

If Sisolak wins now, look in the mirror who did it! Vote for Ryan Bundy who will restore CONSTITUTIONAL 9th and 10th Amendment Law and ORDER, ONCE and FOR ALL!

The balance of The Union of Constitutionally free, independent and sovereign Countries, which We The People call States, will State nullify, ALL US Government usurped Powers, Sending and Income Taxation on people, using Constitutional States Rights and State Sovereignty; because Battle Born Bundy will lead them like a lighthouse to safe Constitutional harbor, where our individual Rights shall be restored along with our FULL weekly paychecks. For according to the many SCOTUS rulings Income Taxes, Withholding Taxes and matching employer taxes are all supposed to remain upon our weekly take home paychecks. THAT IS THE LAW!

Well this seems like another opportunity... After we launch the Magnificent Q Coin, we can create a line of kids clothes called "Li'l Patriots". :P

For the very first time, I hope Karl is right about Laxalt, but of course he's wrong:

Well, that argument should convince every single Democrat in Nevada to switch their vote from Sisolak to Ryan friggin' Bundy. Well done, Karl.

Also, nobody's doing more to help Sisolak win than the Bundy campaign. It's taoing the poot vote away from the mainstream GOP candidate.

The 10th Amendment, in its entirety:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
It could be argued that state and local governments constitute 'the people." But the U.S. Constitution doesn't otherwise speak to delegation of powers below the state level. From there you'd have to look at each state constitution, and see if there are any state-level limits on what local governments can do. Most states offer counties some autonomy to set local rules on some things, e.g. liquor control (they're called "dry counties" for a reason).

As for the philosophical question of why sovcits latch onto state government as the one with the magic powers: I think that's giving them way too much credit for consistency. You'll notice Mr. States Rights here has no difficulty invoking the federal authority over states when he's demanding his right to drive the Op-Vec without a license, while also claiming that states can nullify any federal laws they don't like.
