Well, we know Chucky has NO ethics, and probably never did, it is obvious he has no taste, he's proven that, and the more I see and hear of/from him, the less I think of him, if possible. I will add that the diminutive of the above epithet suits him admirably and descriptively.

"Friend of Rhodesia"?

Well, that explains a lot, doesn't it.

A long time ago I remember a Belgian friend of mine using the term "ecarte" (or maybe "ecarté") referring to someone who might have called himself "a friend of Rhodesia". I didn't know what that word meant but his implied meaning was quite clear: "If it ever comes down to it, don't bother trying to save this person's life, he's not worth the effort."

Guess who just filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in Louisiana - Bankruptcy Petition #: 16-12650. Check out the Creditor list. Does it include all the money CEL owes courts in Texas?

Court fines, $29,000 in legal research fees (!), medical bills and attorney's fees make up the bulk of the largest claims. With a few judgments and home repairs, too.

(The first and biggest item is a disputed lien. Probably a mortgage on a property that Lincoln is trying to get removed. More of his flimflam, if so.)

Dara Leigh Bloom is also listed as a creditor. Wasn't she the one who filed a pleading in New Jersey saying the entire bench and bar of the state was in cahoots with the banks, or something like that? I recall thinking at the time that that was likely to be an unproductive strategy.

And, like most of the creditors' claims, her claim is marked by the Charles Lincoln as being "disputed". Is Lincoln incapable of arranging his business with anybody in such a way that services to be delivered and the remuneration are agreed in advance?

With all those unpaid bills, we can guess which orange-haired asshole of a candidate Lincoln is voting for in this year's presidential election!

Wasn't he convicted of a felony? (I really can't remember). If so, no vote for CELIII.

Felons are permitted to vote in some states. E.g., Cody Judy voted.

Yeah, if he is registered in Louisiana, looks like he can vote. Lord knows where he claims residency for voting purposes. He may have voted several times already.

So, CELIII has a disputed unsecured debt to Orly for services rendered. Isn't it true that the business model for entrepreneurs like Orly is to demand cash payment in advance of servicing the customer?

I may well be mistaken, but I thought CELIII's business model was that he demanded cash up front for anything he did and to run a tab for anything other people do for him, which this would certainly seem to indicate. I would suspect that they, and the probably many others, are just flat out SOL as far as EVER seeing a dime of any of it, since my impression was that he was pretty much flat broke, and he doesn't sound like the overly smart type that ever slats any away since he always assumes there is another sucker coming down the road tomorrow. Now I may have misjudged our dear CELIII's character, BUT, I don't think I'll be making any apologies any time soon.

To be fair, many businesses which are legitimate operate on that model (being paid up front).

And also to be fair, so does his business, whatever that might be.

Anyone that does business with a Trump is smart to get the money up front, too.
