Yes. This is Voeltz III, Miracle on 34th St.

Voeltz I lost on appeal. Klayman took it to the Florida Supreme Court, which didn't take the case. Voeltz II was not appealed.

Yes. This is Voeltz III, Miracle on 34th St.Last month, SCOFL [/break1]flcourts.org/pls/docket/ds_docket?p_caseyear=2014&p_casenumber=715&psCourt=FSC&psSearchType=]dismissed Voetz's request for review of this case.

Inside baseball: SCOFL dismissed the request (rather than denying it) because under its case law, it lacks jurisdiction to review no-written-opinion affirmances. Something Voetz's barred-in-Florida attorney Klayman should have known (or researched).

It looks like Klayman has taken the Voeltz case to SCOTUS. Docket entry here, http://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx ... 14-145.htm

Interesting: Klayman filed a writ petition (not a cert petition). I assume that's because SCOFL dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. So it'll take 5 justices to grant; good luck with that.

I think Klayman just wants to continue his unbroken run of losses at the SCt. If this were anyone but Klayman I'd have said he has to know he isn't going to get a hearing, but this is Klayman, and if he does this he can extend the grift a while longer looking like he's doign something. Wonder if he'll actually file anything on time this time?

Interesting. A private firm in Florida. Brief not available on PACER.

All I'm seeing is what appears to be a list of names, but it's too small to make out ANY of the words - is there a link to the actual document?

The response brief is actually quite good, clear, and concise. I just can't imagine this is going to get more than just scheduled for conference and declined, but.... So this is what grandson of Voeltz, or great-grandson of Voeltz???? One begins to wonder what part of NO doesn't he understand, oh right this is KKKlayman, never mind....

Obama's lawyers attached all the previous rulings in each of the 3 Voeltz cases. Their brief also includes a summary of the procedural history of the cases. They wouldn't have included that content if Klayman had included it in his petition. I wonder if Mr. Herron decided to respond because Klayman's petition misrepresented what happened in the Florida courts.

Ah. As I suspected, the petition mostly ignores the first two Voeltz cases.

Ah. As I suspected, the petition mostly ignores the first two Voeltz cases. His Petition only applies to Voeltz III. I suspect the only reason the reply was filed was exactly what you stated, to point out the history of the Voeltz cases (and Klayman's continued attempts to re-try the same issue), although it does not directly apply to this Petition.

Ok, I was able to read it. Basically, I think it could be summed up as "What part of 'This case is dead' does he not understand?"
