I have to agree with Realist's characterization of Dummyy, I think it is pretty spot on. I keep wondering if anyone bothered to tell the RCNC that Dummyy was their candidate rather than the ones they seem to have run instead? Just askin'.

Kinda sorta like the CA courts could not help but find in his favor, yet they didn't, repeatedly.

This pile isn't worth adding to the water shortage, even with a lo-flo.

So I must conclude that Stern would recycle the petition into environmentally friendly garden mulch.

I don't know if this is the right thread or not. But here goes:

From today's SCOTUS Orders, 4-6-2015:

BARNETT, PAMELA V. PADILLA, ALEX, ET AL. - Petition for certiorari is denied.

So are there any outstanding** birther cases?

** outstanding as in not finished, not as in exceptional. Because so few of them were.

Grinols (Taitz's; pending in the 9th);2. Judy (10th just denied, but SCOTUS cert. petition possible);3. Judd (E.D. Cal.; pro se, not Taitz's case);4. Strunk (one just dismissed, another affirmed, so appeals still possible; also something in D.C.);5. Taitz's latest in South Texas.
